My parents built a house in April in Berlin . They Called cable and was told they will have someone come an look at the pole and make sure its available to that area mind you the people across the street have it lol. Ok so the guy comes says yes we can service the new house ok when they asked well you have to call an make an appointment. Well now its July they still dont have it an were told they would have it bye Aug 11th. My father went down to speak to them again yesterday to say Hey dont forget us an was told maybe not till Sept. REALLY YOU PEOPLE ARE A FRIGGING JOKE!!!! Unfortunately they have called other services but they dont have either Internet or some dont have phone!

I am a continuous customer, I am moving Friday tommorrow, and I set up a "move my service" day today. You said " Your service will be fixed and installed between 1 pm and 5 pm" I wasted four full hours of important time to move, waiting for you installer, for him to just not show up!.. I fahking hate Time Warner Cable, and now I will miss the Super Bowl because of you!... I will be #cancelling my service with this garbage company, and getting the direct television dish Saturday. Fahk You TWC I fahking hate you! I hope Com Cast buys you out you pathetic company.

Spectrum has got to be the worst cable company out there. I have had Comcast and this company is 100 times more fraudulent. I hope the FCC gets them when the class action suit happens.
