This is the worst cable company on the planet. They did something on my outside line today, broke the cable, and now it will not be fixed for two weeks. I run my small business from my home. I cannot be without cable for two weeks because I need to pay my bills. I have been on the phone with these people for 3 hours. They promise to help and dont. Absolute nightmare.

Signing up was great. Installation was terrible. Dont be surprised if they refuse to run cable lines the correct way. Your better off doing it yourself.
