Why Comes

I would give it less than a star if possible. Spotty internet, throttling during peak times, jacking rates up. I love how they offer new customers the best rates but give loyal customers the highest rates. Way to give back to those that stay with you. Great business model. Thank god OTT just came through with fiber. Now I get speeds 6 times faster compared to what Time Warner advertises accept for the fact that OTT speeds are legit and Time Warners are throttled quite a bit. 25MBPS was more like 5 to 10 where I was. 150 MBPS with OTT is 150 MBPS. LOL! ImagineAbsolutely ridiculous given how much money Time Warner makes.

Prices went up again. Calling them to complain is useless. Asked for a Manager and they gave me to a member of their "leadership team" In other words the Rep in the next booth was not on a call and free to talk to me. Spectrum you stink.

The staff at this windham location are super courteous and as helpful as they can be despite the time Warner rules that prevent them from making their product more affordable. Very nice people!
