The BEST customer service experience I have ever had. I was logging roughly 2.5 miles up a mountain and was backing down a road with my full size pickup and slide into a ditch a little and try to drag out in 4x4 and get further in and end up really hurting. I call AAA and they refer me to Eagle Repair and Towing, Frank came out and helped me out all the way up the mountain, taking METICULOUS care to dig out the right spots with a shovel (bearing in my its 40 degrees out, raining, and blowing) to make sure my vehicle is not further damaged. He took extra precaution to use EXACT hookups to make sure he could properly apply pressure so that he didnt damage my bumper or anything else. He was the most intelligent, calm, cool, and collected customer service agent I have ever dealt with. He charged me a VERY reasonable amount considering he essentially dragged my full size tundra off a mountain. I highly recommend this business and Frank in particular. I plan on getting my vehicle stuck again intentionally very soon, just so I can experience this euphoric ordeal all over again (haha!). GREAT JOB EAGLE REPAIR AND TOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such great service at this local auto shop.Pulled up one day, dealing with rear end trouble; told the front desk and they were glad to help. Within a jiff, i was able to ride away in my 2001 Ford Windstar, hassle free. So thankful for the help of the great employees. Came back on Sunday to just give them one last thank you, but the shop was closed, the shop boy was there cleaning so i talked to him, he was a very nice young gentlemen. All around Im very satisfied with all the shop help!

It is always fast friendly service and much less expensive than others. I have taken my vehicle to B&P Auto, and when I got it back there was over 90 miles on the odometer and a only a quarter of a tank left. Getting my brakes changed should not have this kind of use on the vehicle. I have since taken all of my vehicles to Eagle Auto and I have never had a problem.

We were RVing through the area when the transfer case broke on our tow Jeep. Eagle was wonderful and had it fixed quickly and reasonably. They are very professional and we highly recommend them. Also their parking lot is huge and good for RVs to turn around on ... always a consideration for us. Thank you Eagle!

Called to get prices for repair an to see when my rig could get fixed, i was told they would check an call me right back... nobody called back, day an a half later, still no call back..I will never waste my time dealing with Eagle Repair again, I will stick with B&P Auto Repair

Awesome place, I was in town fishing. The battery in my truck died and I needed somebody to jump start it and after making a phone call they were there in less than 15 minutes. Great people and awesome service.

Got our truck towed there and over a week later they still havent even looked at it. Every day they tell me they will look at it. We are towing it to a completely different town now. What a pain!!
