First time I stepped into this gym after cancelling my mt hood athletic club I knew this was the gym for me because they we already smiling at me (sincerely) and welcoming and promptly answering my questions without detering me like other gyms with their shady hidden fees. It is only 37 dollars here!! and 20 dollars for unlimited daycare for the month!!! I was easily spending 80 dollars a month at mt hood athletic (dont go there! mostly rude staff (especially daycare!)) I live in sandy but it is worth the trek. The staff is always so polite and quick to make anyone smile and feel welcomed even after all the time I have been a member I have always been treated as a welcome and not a bother.

My husband and I have been going to this club for over 1 year and love it. We go about 4 days a week. While it is an older club, the staff is very friendly, and it is comparable in price to other gyms nearby. The kids club is a great deal. Classes are fun. It is very laid back and doesnt have that stuffy gym-goers feeling. Could not be more happy here! We dont need the extra amenities, just a great place to life weights and workout.

This location is not very crowded, even at peak times. Its generally very clean as well. There are few amenities but the price is right for this to be okay. The free weights and barbells are not high quality or well taken care of. The bearings in the bars arent greased at all. And surprisingly there are too many plates hanging around, creating a lot of plate clutter. There arent places for the plates/

I was a member of this gym for over 4 years. Group fitness classes keep getting easier and the instructors worse in quality. The Gresham group fitness room is hot enough to be a risk to some on hot days. If you are intending to use group fitness as motivation for going to the gym, look for a different gym. The management of this facility does not listen or respond to member complaints.

I have been a member of this gym for about 6 years. The staff is very knowledgable and very friendly. When Im not being a slacker, I go the the group Power class and step class. In fact as Im typing this I am extremely sore from the power class. My husband and I love this place, and even though we live in Sandy, it is well worth the 15-20 minute drive to get there.

East Gresham Cascade is the place to work out. Never a problem getting on any machine or free weights during peak hours. While it might get busy, its never over crowded. Lots of room. As for the staff, they are friendly and helpful. If you want a place to exercise, this is the place. If you want to watch TV and lounge, maybe this club is not for you.

This gym is horrible! Its basically one giant crowded room and you cant use the one separate room they have if you want the privacy. They dont let you know you have to give a 30 day notice to cancel and are super rude when you try to reason with them. Had the most horrible gym experience ever here and want to warn anyone I can. Dont go here!!!

I attended my first ever yoga class here a couple of days ago and had an absolute blast. Im still a bit sore but thats my fault for going too hard haha. Cascade Athletic has given me a welcoming & friendly environment to work on my fitness goals.

East Gresham is awesome. It has a wonderful kids klub that I feel safe at to take my kids. Love the group fitness classes that are included in the membership. The staff is so welcoming
