Some time last year I got an account with a location in Clackamas, and then cancelled my account. This account was associated with a credit card I had. I then signed up with the Happy Valley location with a different credit card. I stopped going to this location and cancelled the card a long time ago. You would thing that after 4-5 months the owner of the location would stop harassing me for money and quit calling me AND texting me. Sounds like desperation to me. Anyway, the owner then, after 5 months of trying to charge a non working card, dug around and charged my card that he wasnt authorized to charge from the account I set up in Clackamas. I had a pretty short conversation with this very rude owner who was immediately extremely defensive and self righteous about taking money from a humble, low paid pharmacy technician. Guess the guy is pretty desperate for membership dues, I mean he cant even take off the 2015 new opening sign, and its 2017. He then emailed me and said he would refund me $40. Big deal... I still havent received the refund. I filed a complaint with the card company, the BBB, and am now filing a police report for unauthorized charging of my account. Instead of taking ownership of the wrong doing and providing good customer service, this jerk lied about providing a measly refund. I just got a text from this sleaze bag saying "Call your attorney". This is borderline harassment. I seek the help of my credit card company and am then retaliated by this guy. I think I will seek an attorney on a contingent basis pain and suffering associated with the stress of being harassed via text, emails, and calls. Completely unprofessional.

This place is amazing, the facility is always clean, they add new machines as well as have many machines, there is plenty of equipment to have any type of workout you want. I needed to hold my account for a month, because I was unable to go to the gym as much as I used to, took a two minute phone call with Darren (whom has ALWAYS been easy to contact, and leave feedback with) I have been able to leave notes about machines that were non operational, and within a week or two they were back up and running as well as a phone call the next day from Darren thanking me and informing me that they will have someone out to repair the machines. The shower and bathrooms are always clean.The only suggestion/complaint I have for this establishment is to provide an option of turning down the stereo system after hours, but nothing headphones cannot drown out. Also a water fountain that has a bottle refill station would be nice, but then again the bathroom sink is deep enough to fill up a 24-44 ounce water bottle. Incredibly satisfied with my experience here at Snap Fitness, no hassle, and never any issue reaching someone for assistance or feedback.
