I go to the Monday and Tuesday womens boxing class. Curt is a great teacher and a lot of fun. Great workout if you are looking to relieve stress and try something new!

Great place to learn beginning and advanced MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) techniques. The coaches there are very experienced and will push you to be your best.
