Great facility with a friendly knowledgeable staff. They have equipment for Olympic lifting and even a large space to push a sled. I hear its the only gym in Vancouver with stones and other strong man training stuff. No gym space wasted on silly machines. New monkey bars expected to be installed in February. Reasonably priced at less than 3 bucks a day. 24/7 access! Im no expert but this is my favorite gym in Vancouver. As a side note there is a great view of silver star mountain from here and an awesome wetland area with wildlife.

Hands down the best gym Ive ever set foot in. Staff is great, the equipment is state of the art, and the atmosphere is encouraging, welcoming, and supportive. I searched around a lot for a good place and golden age is the best gym in the area by far.

The Golden Age Iron facility is amazing. They offer the best equipment Ive ever laid my hands on. The owners go above and beyond on keeping the facility nice and clean. Much better than your typical commercial gym. Highly recommended.

This is the best gym in Vancouver for those that are serious about getting strong. They offer 24/7 keycard access, competition grade equipment, and there arent any "gym bros doing curls in the squat racks.

Arguably the best gym I have ever laid my eyes on. Equipment is new and up to date, weights are clabrated, and even with the massive amounts of kilos moved it sparkles its so clean.
