Randell Neal owns this place. My daughter Adena Harmon has worked in his office free for several years and had his kid. I have had many years in towing and recovery. Together they concocted a plan to start a tow company for his shop. I would become their patsy. I ran calls for many months as a partner in the tow company but had trusted them without a contract. Once profits started I was to start getting my investment back. Instead he used Adena and his clout with lincoln county to have me arrested and jailed twice. Adena lied to authorities. Both arrests resulted in no convictions. Nothing they claimed was true. The district attorney Bovett was fired soon afterwards. He got his tow outfit to bring tourist to him. His clean image and absolute controll has made him rich. He is a conman not to be listened to or believed. The family considers Adena as a traitor never to be seen again. I lost my life savings for trusting them. He will lose his AAA benies when complaints stack up. This was a fathers nightmare. A daughter that could do such a thing and still think everything she made up was true. Sadly Adena Harmon wears the badge of shame. She enjoys the power her owner gives her. They ripped me off but dont let them get you. This true story was removed by yelp because Randy Neal does not want people aware of his crooked side. He cost me $100,000 while using me. He owns an airplane and hanger, a 60 ft rv, 5 homes, at least two race cars, several tow trucks . How rich is rich enough?

Total rip off artists. I went in for a flush and fill of my radiator. Prices were posted on a board and they did stick to that pricing. However, they took five hours to do a 45- 1 hr job and said that they did it twice to get all of the gunk out. I dont believe that was the case but cant really dispute that. What got me is that I have a Pontiac which requires red coolant and they said they refilled it with "universal coolant." which I didnt think was available for GM cars before 2000. When I went to check they had filled it with ordinary tap water. Then they told me my thermostat housing was leaking which I already knew about and wanted $260 to repair it. The cost of a new thermostat housing with all the ala cart parts is $25 and it is a 1.9 hour job max. After checking the most high end expensive places for car repair including dealerships, which usually charge the most, the highest one was still only $209. Since then I have heard from others who have taken their cars there and got robbed for some simple work. I will never take my car back their and I tell all my friends not to either. Dont be sucked in to their financing scheme. Just cause they allow you to make payments doesnt mean they wont make you wish you had never gone there in the first place.

I just want to start by saying this is an amazing shop, i brought in my 63 valiant cause i blew a lower radiator hose and was on my honeymoon, i dropped it off and was told it would be a couple of hours, then it ended being a few hours later cause nowhere close had a hose, after being told this the owner, randys wife then drove us to our hotel, which is a very nice gesture as i dont know any other shop that would do this, then it ended up another hose they got wouldnt work either, so they called me up and let me know that they would be getting a part in from seattle the next morning, i was told before i dropped my car off it would be right around $50, then with the new part coming from seattle the owner randy told me as a wedding present that they would keep it under $50 for us seeings as the hose was a lil more spendy plus shipping it from washington, no need to say, i came in the next day after i got the call my car was done, and to my wife and is suprise randy told us that it was on the house and to go spend that money elsewhere, i can not expain how happy we are with our service, you guys are amazing and i will definitely be coming back if i have car troubles out here again, thank you sooo much!!!

Total jackasses. A year ago the wife and I took our cars to them because they were AAA certified. We asked for tune ups and they called and told us that we both needed new brakes (What are the odds). I told them my brakes were done a year ago and they told me my car was a road hazard and my brakes would cause an accident. They car is still driving fine without the brakes done. Today my in-laws van broke down and they took their car to CCS. They told the in-laws that it would cost $900 to repair. The wife knowing about their shady business practices asked for the parts that would be taken off of the in-laws vehicle. The female at the counter said, "Ive dealt with your type of people all day and Im tired of it." (??). My wife got into a shouting match with the female and was asked to leave. That should have been the end of it. Randy (the owner) goes through his customer files, finds my wifes phone number, and berates her on the phone. (What the hell). I called up Randy to ask him why he would do that and he wont let me talk telling me my wife needs mental help and her parents are ashamed of her. What kind of business does this?

the last few times I have been in they have not been as communicative and clear as I would like and things are being missed and left undone to my specifications. the estimates are not given in writing--and I should be more insistant on this - and this is just confusing the issues when I find that only half the work has been done- and that after paying hundreds for repairs find that I need still more repairs- Also I understand having to have fees to do diagnostics on mystery issues- however once narrowed down - most places then give a break or discount for repairs actually done at the same shop- this has not been the case with Car Care- I have had two or three different vehicles worked on here and have been a single woman ever since I started with this out fit- I would like to think that the lack of a masculine precence would not be adding to these issues- but, I have my doubts. this will be the last time I pick this place to go to for my repair work- I suggest you investigate the area before having your car towed in here- and use this shop only if your car can not be towed, driven or delivered elsewhere.

We have taken our vehicle to Car Care ever since we moved here in Sept. 2014. We have experienced outstanding service and great consideration for our car needs. We have had a brake replacement, a radiator replacement, heater core replacement, normal maintenance such as oil changes, coolant flushes, muffler replacement, and other needs taken care of in a timely, dependable way. They have supplied a loaner car when needed without charge, driven us home while waiting for a repair to be completed. They have always been compassionate, professional, personable, and trustworthy. I have been either repairing my own vehicle or taking it to shops for repairs I could not handle since 1969. Randy and crew have been the best of all the many shops we have used since that time. I would never hesitate to refer any of my friends to them. They take care of our car better than we do! I did read the 1 star ratings, but notice the lack of detail or knowledge of Randys work ethic. I concluded they must be fake reviews. It seems in this world there are always a few aliens!
