Just left. Used this place before I moved out of town and liked it. This time lady told me I needed to tell my husband not to let go of the dogs leash at the dog potty area so he doesnt get in trouble. Then yelled at my kid to tell us to come get our laundry out of the washer because we were talking outside. She Commented to me that its a good thing no one was behind us waiting for the big washers. I looked around as I was rushing to get my clothes out of the washers and noticed I had 3 dryers available because the rest were out of order. I put my first load in one and it wouldnt work. Had to move the laundry to another dryer while she "reset" it. My husband commented that it was a good thing we rushed to get our laundry out of the washer since we didnt have enough dryers to put it in and didnt know where we were going to put our wet laundry. She said that if we would have been paying attention and not outside talking there would have been more available??? With my anxiety disorder I had a breakdown by this point and decided to have my husband remove the laundry from the dryers we were already using and had put money into and leave. I dont think that rushing me to move my laundry while no one was waiting into dryers that didnt work was very business-like. And rude comments and treating customers like they are in the way will most likely lose more business. EVERYONE I know here will know about this experience. And you lost my husbands business. He was using this place every week. Well take our money elsewhere.

GREAT OPTION FOR VACATIONERS!!! I splurged and dropped off my laundry to be done instead of taking the time to do it myself. I nearly didnt recognize my clothes when I picked them up later that day - all nicely folded or on hangers, looking all new and smelling all nice! This was money well spent @ $1/# (10# minimum) - how much is your vacation time worth?!?!?! The Laundry Fairy is my hero!!! What a sweet person! THANK YOU!
