Laundry is one of my most hated chores of all time, and when the machines in my buildings basement charge $2 per wash and $2 per dry to begin with, my desire to do this myself drops even lower. The LL system is an incredibly convenient and reliable alternative to doing this yourself. They give email updates when your order has been picked up and again once it is returned and offer lots of customizations/upgrades such as better detergent etc. Usually they return your stuff w/i 1-2 business days all folded in bundles ready for you. My office is in the South Bay and most wash/fold and dry clean places are not open when I leave for work and again closed once I return to the city. It is incredibly valuable to have the Laundry Locker kiosk open 24/7 to pick up my things after hours. They do dry-cleaning too, and are always good about calling to ask about how to treat an item whenever I accidentally put a dry-clean only thing into my regular laundry. Would have rated 5 stars if it were a little cheaper, but I think on the whole it is a great business. Highly recommend.

How am I to maintain my active social status with so much laundry? LLC has saved my social prestige! I just throw my dirties in a bag, push in a locker, text for pick-up and next day I have clean sheets, towels, gym clothes and dry cleaning complete. Now they have added the new locks, so I dont even need to mess with the key. This service is perfect; great quality at reasonable prices. You drop it off, text the locker # and next day its returned to you, all clean, and nicely folded. Wonderfully easy to set up, and they respond promptly if you ever have a problem or concern about your order. I would recommend this to anyone.

It just makes sense, if you dont want to do your laundry you should use this service. My first time using it I was a bit apprehensive about putting a good portion of my clothes into an anonymous locker, but the text message and email notifications made me feel confident that things were being taken care of correctly. You basically drop it all off, you wait a day, and you pick it up, and they fold it for you! Some people say that they dont like paying the prices, but if you value your time at all you will quickly realize that its worth it.

Worth every penny. I just started using Laundry Locker over a month ago and love it. I work long hours, dont have laundry in my building and hate doing laundry at the laundromat, so this is the perfect solution. You drop it off, text the locker # and in a few days its returned to you, all clean, and nicely folded. Super easy to set up, and the team responds quickly if you ever have a problem or concern about your order. I would recommend this to anyone who hates doing laundry as much as I do!

When I first moved into my building, I saw the blue lockers and wondered about them. My boyfriend began using Laundry Locker and loved it. He put his dress shirts in the locker and two days later received his shirts, all crisp and clean. I love the reusable bag and we always sent the hangers back so they could be reused. I have many dresses that I need to get dry-cleaned and am definitely thinking about using Laundry Locker for them.

This new high tech way of social media is the envolution of dry cleaning. I have used Laundry Locker ever since I moved here. I am a regular here. I do alot of Fashion shows so alot of dirty clothes. Happy customer for 3.5+ years. Ive been using Laundry Locker since 2008. Its awesome. I have never had a poor experience. I love the convenience of dropping it off or picking it up at any time and you cant beat the turnaround time. Plus, I like their mission to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Try it, you wont regret it.

A-maze-ing!! How am I supposed to maintain my active social life with so much laundry to do? Laundry Locker you have saved my social status! Throw my dirties in a bag, shove in a locker (that is in my building), text for pick-up and 24 hrs later I have clean sheets, towels, gym clothes and dry cleaning done! So easy and so fun!

I absolutely LOVE Laundry Locker--no more rushing home from the office only to find I missed the dry cleaner by 10 minutes. I can stumble down in my jammies at midnight if I want. Now they have added the new locks, so you dont even need to mess with the key. This service is perfect; great quality at reasonable prices.

Easy drop off and pick up. Pretty fast turn around even for large laundry loads. I’ve had an issue once where a locker wouldn’t open but customer service quickly fixed it. Very convenient having 24/7 access.
