This funeral home came and took our loved one away, but THEN THEY LOST THE BODY. Yes, really. They told us they had no paperwork of the body and that they did not have her. I am completely and utterly dismayed! They offered no explaination and said that we would have to call back!

Dealing with my mothers death, Peakes was helpful, flexible and understanding. I didnt feel like I was being pushed to buy up to some expensive option. They were very flexible in meeting our needs. I am very pleased with the service I received.
