When my Grandma passed away, it was extremely hard on the whole family. We knew that her wish was to be cremated, but werent sure of all the details. We were so pleased that we chose Evergreen Washelli to help us with all of our needs. They couldnt be more sincere and compassionate and it really seemed as though they cared. Grandma never left their care-even when she was creamted, which was very important to us and was not the case with some of the other funeral homes we called. We also had a budget to work with so they gave us many different options within our price range, and were happy to answer our questions. We chose to have Grandma placed at Abbey View in Brier. Like the main cemetery on Aurora, the grounds are well kept and beautiful all through the year. I find it comforting to know that Grandmas final resting place is clean, quiet, and serene. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Washelli.

Thank you for being of service to me and my family over the past couple of years. We were fortunate enough to have had my parents pre-arrange their burial service years ago. When my mother died, and recently my dad, I expected that your directors would try to add costs and services to my contracted plan. We are so grateful hospice recommended Washelli. We really didn’t know what to do…. It was on pretty much the worst day of my life and certainly did not feel like going to a funeral home. The whole experience was hard, but everyone at the funeral home went out of their way to help us. They were very nice, understanding and explained everything to us. They turned a bad day into a bearable day.

We went to four funeral homes in the area to satisfy ourselves as to what was available. We chose Washelli because we felt the most comfortable with them. They seemed to understand our needs and were willing to work with us without putting pressure on us to buy more than we wanted.

Evergreen Washelli Memorial Park Was beautiful, the staff were kind and supportive to the families present. They were also kind and professional to me an my associates. It was a pleasure to do an Honors Ceremony there.

Guilty of price gouging. Quoted $16,000 for a Thursday service on a prepaid lot. Called to ask for a copy of the breakdown and was hung up on.
