We had my grandfather cremated with Curnow. The gentleman we were working with had accidentally sealed the urn we purchased (with the remains inside), however, we wanted to be able to open the urn. I brought this to the attention of Curnow and they brought me into an office where they attempted to open it, the attendant went into the back room to attempt to open it and was unable. While in the office I notice a box that said "crushed pebble" on it. Why would a funeral home need a box of crushed pebble. We had pressured them to complete the cremation in an urgent fashion to allow us to have the remains of my grandfather present at his memorial service. Did they give me crushed pebble instead? I can only hope what we received was the actual remains of my grandfather. In the end they had to crack the lid and they ordered a new one at their expense. To this day I still wonder if I have crushed pebble in my kitchen or my grandfathers remains.

We had my dads viewing and cremation done threw this funeral home. They did such an AMAZING job on his viewing; u would have never known he was in a horrific car accident. They were the nicest people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

They were very nice here. Took care of all our needs and didnt "recommend" anything goes we didnt need. Overall an good experience considering the mortality.
