Ive had two really negative experiences at this dry cleaners. The first one was when they turned down one of my garments. It was a suit and it was, admittedly, covered in cat hair. The woman working the front desk seemed very distressed when she saw it, and called her supervisor up. Her supervisor told me they wouldnt clean it, which is fine, but she was really rude about it, basically shaming me for even trying to get it cleaned. The second time, they ruined my blouse. It had crystals set in prongs along the neckline. It wasnt missing any when I took it in for a minor watermark on the torso, but when I got it home, I noticed several of the crystals were missing. I called to ask if they could locate the missing crystals for me. I was very polite, as I always am in these situations, because I know how hard it is to work in customer service. And I knew it was not the person who answers the phones fault. But the woman on the phone admonished me for not noticing before I left. She said that I should have inspected it before taking it home. In hindsight, yeah, but no one warned me about that. She had a really snarky tone. Then she took my number in case the crystals "turned up" but no one ever called. So, the moral of the story is, be prepared for some attitude and never give them anything with beading or crystals of any kind, because they will not be careful with your garment.

What started as a bad review (1 Star) for worst post - customer service ever, turns to a 4 Star. I would give them a 5 Star but due to the frustration i went through to get a copy of my bill, they lost one star. But I would give props to the staff and the quick and friendly service I was given on my dry cleaning needs. Glad everything was sorted out because I would like to keep them as my dry cleaners when I visit Portland.

I needed a suit cleaned and pressed on a Saturday and these folks were the only ones able to do it. I did have to take it to the Broadway store but they even offered to delay their production run until I could get there. Staff were polite and friendly, would recommend.
