Terrible alterations. They have ruined four of my curtains after cutting and hemming them to the wrong length, then insisting it was my fault. Like I cant measure and dont know what size my windows are. No offer to refund, to try to make it right or keep my business. I used to recommend this business in the neighborhood but never again. They have lost more than one customer because of this stupid mistake that they refuse to take responsibility for. They have no communication skills and are totally lacking in customer service. Go someplace else.

Went there to have a shirt with sleeves that were too long hemmed. Kind staff, helpful too, told her I needed the shirt done soon and she said she could have it done Thursday. I came back, shirt was altered nicely to the exact specifications, and was even cleaned and ironed all for a price of $16. I will be going back, plus its just blocks from where I live.
