I went in today to drop off some clothes after being recommended to "Lincoln Cleaners..." The sign outside says "Cleaners" and nothing "Lincoln" so I am not sure this is even the same company anymore. Anyways, they take cash and checks ONLY and are prepaid ONLY.... That just smells of rotten business to me... Who wants to prepay for their cleaning? What if they dont clean your clothes good? What recourse is there? And no credit cards? I mean, come on, how much does it possibly cost to setup a yahoo or google credit processing service? Its virtually nothing nowadays, and besides, considering its all prepaid, paying with credit card would be your only real security to your purchase since you could always put in a charge-back. Finally, while I was in there today, someone was picking up their dry cleaning and inspecting it, the clothes did NOT look good at all. There were little particles of who knows what all over part of the jacket. I left, wont go back.

I take my King sized comfortor and pillow shams to Lincoln Cleaners to be cleaned all the time. Last time I was in there something happened and one of my Shams was misplaced somehow. Much to my surprise, the owner, Pat, was so wonderful to me. At the companys expense, she had two brand new shams made for me so that I would still have a matching set! The fabric colors were perfect as well as the texture. I will continue to bring them my business as long as I need things cleaned!!

I took a coupe shirts to get dry cleaned for my groom because it had some dirt on it. I was promised the shirt Wed. by 5pm, my co-worker came in to pick them up Thur morning to find out they didnt do anything to the shirts. This is very pour business ethics, I will never send any of my customers to this cleaners. Now I have to figure out how to get this shirt cleaned for his wedding tomorrow. Do not take anything to this cleaner, they are very unprofessional.

I have used this company for a few years, my clothes have been scorched to the point I wont ever wear them again. I have talked to the employees regarding the issue, they say that they do not use heat in the process. Being lied to is worse that the quality or lack of quality of the finished product. If you purchase clothes because you liked them enough to pay good money for them, dont take them to a place that does not seem to care about you or your clothes.

They used to be the best, now I came to pick up my stuff and it was still dirty. They said they would call me when they actually clean it and its been a week and they still havent. Not coming back here again. Whoever is managing this place needs to hire new employees or you will lose all business.

They used to be friendly and very fair with their costs. But their rate keeps going up and their customer service goes down. Twice now they were an hour late opening, and when they do open the clerk seems bored and sleepy. Did they change owners or management? I dont like going there any more.

I dropped off a bedspread to be dry cleaned.Went to pick it up and it looked just like when I took it in.The gal said they sanitized it.I wanted it cleaned not sanitized.Well you know the old saying you pay for what you get.

This dry cleaners does a very nice job for a very reasonable price. I consider this my regular dry cleaners! They are not a full-service dry cleaners though...they do not do rugs and pillows.

I recently just called today and the lady who answered sounded beyond bored lol she just went l "mmhmm" and just hung up on me without saying thank you or even bye! Customer service is bad.

Supposed to open at 7, but several times havent opened until 8 or so. Makes it hard to plan around work. Plus, they dont seem as friendly as they used to be. They used to be the best!

I used to go here all the time. I liked their reasonable prices, but their quality recently has gone down hill. I brought in a suit and a shirt and they came back dirty with wrinkles.
