You know that feeling when you are finally landing at the airport from your final leg of a long trip back home. Having been gone to a trade show for over a week we were just eager to get off that plane and get home. Then it occurs to you.....where are the car keys? We searched our baggage and every pocket we had and NO CAR KEYS! Now what? Lucky for us we called AAA and they sent out AA Express Locksmith. Austin (the wonderful) met us at our car just the moment we exited the bus for long term parking. He assured us no problem we can get you a key cut for your car and off you will go. Sure enough in only a short time he had our car open and a new key cut for the ignition. Thank you so much for taking what could have been a stressful situation and making it funny. Im keeping his card with me in my wallet now each time I travel!

Not happy with Dave who was provided through AAA to help unlock my truck at home. The keys were locked in the truck and the batteries were dead. So Dave the locksmith did quick job to unlock my truck and did poor job trying to jump start my truck. He had the proper jumper cables and couldnt get my truck started. I told him the truck is diesel and it takes 5 minutes of charging the batteries till its ready to start. He spoke loudly and said, "I DO NOT HAVE FIVE MINUTES, but will try one more time for one minute." I was really disappointed and upset with his attitude. Seems like he was here just to collect quick money from AAA for providing his services. At least Dave was nice enough to call AAA and send out a battery truck. The battery truck only needed to charge my batteries for 5 minutes till it was ready to start.

Keenan Moore!!!!! I cant believe you would write bad reviews about Dave and AA Express Locksmith in Google and Dex. Dave is a LOCKSMITH and his job is to go out and do lockouts and key makes. Sometimes the locksmiths are holding other calls so they cannot stay that long to see if your truck can be jump by their small vehicles. That is why he tried and when it didnt work, he had AAA sent out the proper vehicle that can handle the battery jump. I know AA Express Locksmith are very professional and courteous. I use them all the time and will continue using them.

Just a shout out to Ryan who is a tech who works there at AA Express who gave me advice to get a car with a no start issue my son and daughter-in-law had due trying to use the wrong key over and over. It runs now and though we werent charged for anything (as they could have sent someone out to get paid to fix it), I still feel like a satisfied customer and if I, or any friends I can recommend them to, ever have any locksmith needs, I will call them and no one else. Their kind of integrity speaks for itself. Thank You!

we were in a bind and received excellent service from AA Express. they came out, made us a new key. deducted 50$ for AAA membership. told us to come in any time and get our other old keys updated for free (we are from out of town and were stranded in pdx when we lost the one key we had on us). we have since returned to portland and gotten those updates. very friendly, quick, helpful!!! SOOOOOOOOO much better service than what the honda dealership offered!! thanks!

Yesterday was a Sunday and I was in Portland on business. Ryan is the name on the card he gave me. He and his trainee got to my rental car within about fifteen minutes of my call to Triple-A Motor Club for my lockout. Then I was back in my rental car and on the road in minutes. Since I was a AAA member all they needed to see was my drivers license. Id recommend these guys if you ever get locked out of your car. They were very fast, friendly and professional.

AA Express Locksmith was able to not only fix my car the day I brought it in, but they helped me save money by making me a brand new key for my 1998 Toyota pickup instead of replacing my locks. The men who work there are incredibly friendly and do anything they can to make sure you are one satisfied customer! Abe even stayed after hours to make sure I got my key and my car that day. I have a VW Beetle and needed a spare key. The local VW dealership quoted me a cost of over $300.00 for a spare key. Two locksmiths that I called said they could not make me a spare key because of the programing required for the key. AA Express made me a key, programed it accordingly and at a fraction of the cost. They were pleasant to work with, professional in their manners and willing to try where others said no.

Awesome service! Super helpful guys that went the extra mile for me. Theyre extremely knowledgable and most importantly honest. A job that I was quoted at others places for 240+ dollars in order to get my car key fix/replaced, they were able to do it for under the insurable amount under AAA and therefore I was covered and didnt have to pay a thing! Couldnt recommend these guys enough they really saved my butt big-time!

Saved over $100 if not more by going here instead of the dealership. I had to tow my car there since Im out of their driving range and my keys were stolen. Acura dealership wanted me to unload my car off the trailer and leave it there for 4hrs. The employees here were friendly and hoped up on the trailer into the car and programed a new key for me in under 10 minutes. Great service and very pleased.

These men seriously went above and beyond their job description to get to the bottom of the issue and get it fixed. And they charged me a fraction of what the dealership would have charged me. I called AA Express with questions regarding replacement keys for our "new" Corolla. They gave me a reasonable quote over the phone for our make and Year. The guys made and programmed new keys and also had the parts to replace the broken shell on the remote to our older car too. Very knowledgeable and nice fellas. Will continue to use them in the future.

Played 65$ my broken car still in there he tried to half hour and give up after losing his tool and the charge me 65$ and told me he can not get out and told me if I could get it to the shop the could help me and that he give me discount but the send more experienced person but with my luck it is jam in there. Reputable, professional, kind and respectful! Absolutely recommend this company. I called 6 locksmiths in the area and I felt as if they all were scamming me since I couldnt get any kind of a reasonable quote to cut and program two Lexus keys. Austin and Abe were great.
