Oregon Mutual arranged for this company to fix my car. The very first time I was there I asked a someone if one of the bays was where I should park for an estimate. They were extremely rude but ultimately I did get it figured out and got an estimate done. When I later tried to schedule a time to have the car repaired I was first told theyd need to check for parts availability and would call me back. They never did and when I followed up they tried to schedule me two weeks out without ever looking up the car or what was needed. I had a bit of back and forth with another rude person and ultimately told them Id find a different shop. Cant say if the work they perform is any good because they are to rude/incompetent to schedule the repair.

I personally was helped by Karen and Randy for my collision repairs. There was a few bumps in the road due to the at fault drivers insurance company. However, it had nothing to do with Karen or Randy and they did the best they could to smooth out my experience. My car was also a mess when I dropped it off. But when it was returned to me, they vacuumed and wiped down the interior so well that everyone thought my car was brand new off the lot lol. I hope I dont have another accident, but if I do, I know exactly where to go!! Thanks so much for helping me!!!

started out nice, but it has been a nightmare ever since. nearly a week and they cant get the right part. keep blaming it on someone else. cant even get a tracking number to confirm shipment from vendor. super warm and friendly at first, but when i confronted them with the idea of getting a tracking number, the receptionist got defensive. Price keeps going up every time i talk to them, OVER $100 more in just a few days. GETTING MY CAR BACK TOMORROW!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Our insurance sent us here, and they handled all the payment so I cant speak much to that. The job seemed to be well done. Parts came in late so our car was in the shop an extra week or so, and no one called us to let us know the progress of that, which was a tad annoying, but overall pretty satisfied as our smashed in bumper looks brand new, and they gave us some extra paint they had left over in our car color in case we needed it for touch ups.
