WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! The worker called me a liar and hung up on me twice when o was resolving an issue with them. I called back and she told me to not call there anymore. I asked for her manager and she said she was it. Then hung up on me again. I then get a call from Dan saying he is a manager on my voicemail but when i call back all of the sudden he is the owner lol. He waa just as rude saying my complaint about how i was treated and talked to by his worker "doesnt matter". I was explaining i did EXACTLY what one of his workers told me to do and now im being treated like this?!?!?! Not my fault she gave me bad information. Told him i would never do business with them again and he said "thats nice". I could only imagine if i DID get some work done here and it wasnt right how horrible it would be SMH. If i could i would give them a -10!!!!!!!!! You can tell Dan doesnt like or respect women. BEWARE OF HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!$!

Went here to get a quote on auto body repair. Apparently they operate out of a Uhaul as well as a body shop. The shop was dirty and cluttered with other customers information sitting on the counter in clear view. The guy who looked at the car only looked at the surface and completely missed all the damage under the surface even though I mentioned there was problems under there. He then came back with a quote $700 higher than any of the other two shops I went to. I am taking my car to Portland Auto Body now, much better service, price and they identified all the damage to the car. Horrible!

Great customer service! Very helpful! Id recommend them to anyone I came across that needed work done on there vehicle. Due to the icy storm Portland had my car slid into another car and I had no idea who to go to for the repairs. These guys helped me every step of the way. Did not try to over charge me like other auto shops do. They definitely went above and beyond for me! Great people. Great business!
