I have had mixed results with Chilton. They did did a good job on one insurance claim on our van, so I came back to them with a sedan that had bumper and quarter panel damage. Their price was so high the insurance company declare the car totaled. Chilton assumed I was going to junk the car and when I asked for it back the full-sized spare tire and wheel had been stolen. When I asked Ranielle for the wheel he claimed that they never saw it and made no effort to find out what had happened. I wont go back to a dishonest shop.

Ranielle is the guy. I needed my car back for a trip to Colorado and he made sure the work was done, and done right. I was most impressed with the quality of the work and the professional approach. Customer service is hard to find. Ranielle and Chilton has it figured out. Thanks!
