So I was in an accident regarding the rear end of my car. So progressive directed me to one of the Auto Body shops that they had contact with. So I drove the vehicle there and no issues besides my rear and and my battery dieing. So they take my car in and told me that repairs would be about a week. I was fine with that and they told me that they would get back to me to let me know how the cars doing ect. So I get a call the next day by Michelle, alerting me the the cars battery is completely dead and that I will need a new one. Okay so this is where it gets wierd. So I told her Ill buy the battery when I pick up the car, she says that its okay and that she wanted to try to receive the battery as soon as possible. I then proceed to wait until my car was finished. on Wednesday November 30th I pick up the car at 6:40 p.m. and I was greeted by Michelle. I then inspect the car looking at the rear end. Everything looked great besides the interior. They told me that in order to paint the rear end panels that they were to go inside my car and remove plastic trimming to reach rear panels. After freaking out about stuff being moved from inside the cabin to the trunk. The user manual which was in the glove box was moved to the trunk. The convertible top handle was broken. The trunk lid inside has leftover paint from used part. Side plastic trim for convertible top is uneven. After showing and alerting Michelle Jason Smith manager of GNC auto body approached me to explain to me that the car was restored to how I brought the car. I showed him everything that I showed myself and even then he told me that I was being ridiculous. After hearing that I realized there was no hope of getting through to him. I then asked him for his Superior. Jason told me that he cant release that number because owners going through hard times. Ive been repeating that I need the number he then told me to leave. So I left to arrive at Chevron where are you there was extra bolts in the trunk that were never there to begin with. Overall I am very unhappy with the job and that I feel that there wont be any justice. Always inspect your vehicle before you drop it off take photo videos or anything because these guys will give you a hard time.

The only 2 negative reviews are from 4 years ago, so Id personally discount them. Especially since the reviewers left little to no detail as to what happened and/or why. For example, the delay may not have been the fault of G&C. It could have been a "parts" or manufacturing issue. And if it was electrical, which is common in many wrecked cars, it could have been a nightmare. Besides, the most recent reviews very are positive. Anyway, the experience we had at G&C was nothing short of fast, courteous, professional and timely. Our Camry was beautifully repaired on time, and the staff took the time,effort and energy to review every detail of the work performed.

I have used G&C on three different occasions for my auto body works on my two Mercedes cars. Each time I have been extremely satisfied with the work they did. Their service, workmanship, courteous treatment of the staff, and their reasonable prices are unbeatable. No other auto body work place can beat G&C prices. Not only their price is the lowest, their workmanship is excellent also. The front office staff and the technicians at G&C are all efficient, friendly and they make you feel at home. I am, their customer forever and will not go to any other place when I need any auto body work in the future. I recommend them highly.

I really wanted to use a local place.BUT ..They are rude and so was the manager in my opinion ... I will never use this place!!!! BEWARE ! BEWARE! BEWARE !!! Every part of Dealing with G&C was a hassle to me .....would say they where going call back ...did not ....called said they emailed me the estimate.....Did not!!! So many calls later ...Rude dealings with the manager..not my type of Customer Service!!!

I have had 2 very good experiences with G&C...the people were friendly and competent-- the coffee was great:>) and they did a first rate job fixing a bumper that was a mess. They did not try to upsell me-but offered a way to fix the problem in the most efficient and cost effective way. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for auto body work.
