I was rear ended in my BMW on Jan 2013 looking for a quality auto body shop I could trust. I read such great reviews for Refinishing Touch so I called and the owner, Jeff, answered. This impressed me that the owner actually works on the cars and answers the phone. After talking with Jeff, I decided to have Refinishing Touch do the work on my car. Im all about hiring an honest working small business over a bigger corporate franchise. I am so glad I did! I was sent text pictures of every stage of my cars repairs! Jeff personally called me with updates. When the car was finished, they washed and cleaned it and it looked even better than before the accident! The insurance company gave me a check, it didnt quite cover all of it and Jeff let me take my car even before he was paid in total. He told me it could take a while for the insurance company to pay it and he didnt want to keep my car hostage! I paid what I had and left.... but the service didnt stop there! Even after I paid and left... Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me! I went to a store and my car battery died so I called Jeff to see if they had any issues with it. Even though they hadnt, he got in his truck with jumper cables and came to my location, jumped my car and got be back on the road! The battery had nothing to do with his work and yet he took the time to drive several miles away to make sure I was safe and on the road! If you are looking for a quality, honest auto body shop with high integrity...I highly recommend Refinishing Touch Auto Body and ask for Jeff the owner! Totally first- class service!

Mike and his team did a beautiful job at returning my car to it original condition. Unlike the big auto body shops, I received personal, timely and professional customer service. Mike was great at explaining and showing me the repair details he made. I felt completely confident with their knowledge and skills in auto repair. The ReFinishing Touch Auto Body could be THE BEST KEPT SECRET in the Portland Metro area...if not for the above-excellent work they do! When someone asks, "Do you know a good body shop in town?" Friendly guy running the place... Had a bend in my front end that wouldnt allow the hood to close flush. He looked at it for a few minutes, bent the latch back into place and boom! Fits right like a glove. Asked him how much hed take for the help, and he said not to worry about it. Couldnt be happier!

Refinishing touch is by far the best auto body shop around. The owner has the highest of integrety and does far exceedingly excellent work! They are honest, caring and by far the most detail oriented shop around. We have had several cars repaired over the years and wouldnt go anywhere else!

I went in to get a small dent/chips repaired on my hood. Jeff was very friendly, explained the repair process and all the charges. He ended up fixing additional chips and cleaning the interior of my car. It looked practically brand new when he was done with it!

This shop turn a bad thing into something good. Bottom line I have had more than 6 cars repaired here over the past 10years and once have I been unhappy with the work. They do Outstanding body and paint repair. Thanks Rod & Jeff for your great work.
