Had an appointment I had made the week before. Got there a couple minutes early, had to wait 30 minutes for Frank try to fix someone elses Enterprise rental car payment issues. This person, who was not even a customer yet, was "thinking about" getting work done, and said they would come back tomorrow. I on the other hand had an appointment, cash in my pocket and even all the supplies needed for the installation. Meanwhile, the repairmen in the back were "doing nothing" according to Franks wife. They were not even working on anything. I thought about going back there myself and asking them to do it. All I needed was some fog lights installed and my bumper buffed. So finally, after 20 minutes of unsolved rental car payment issues, they go outside to look at the guys (who is not yet even a customer) truck. After waiting all this time I was walked down the block by Franks wife and was shown ANOTHER auto shop. One I had never seen or done any research on before. It looked run down and was managed by a woman with drawn on eyebrows. Needless to say I was not about to take my car there without knowing anything about them. I made an excuse and left. I do not recommend any business that treats customers this way.

So far I have to say I am disappointed in our experience. Jeremy is a very nice personable guy, so I chose this shop. We took our vehicle in with some rear-end damage as well as some damage under a rear window. They did a wonderful job under the window and with matching the paint. Also the bumper was replaced and when opening the hatch we noticed it rubbed on one side of the (brand new) bumper causing it to scratch and cause damage... they tried to tell us this was a pre-existing condition & or the shocks were going out in the lift.... it definitely was not. We also asked them to look into a leak that started after the accident. They said they did and found nothing. As soon as it rained there was a huge puddle in the back right where we asked them to check. Lastly our back up lights no longer worked... we got another excuse that it was like that already or the lights burned out. We have returned the vehicle to have the problems corrected. I will reevaluate my rating after we get it back.

Excellent. Brought my BMW 335i in, left back window not working or the red ambient lighting beneath it. Received a great quote and scheduled to drop it off. Im very particular who works on my car and Frank the manager assured me it was in good hands. When it was finished I received a call from Kathy the office manager to schedule a time to pick it up. They stayed late after close to accommodate my work schedule. They did an incredible job. They paid meticulous attention to detail and that was exactly what I wanted. If you want an impeccable job and want it done right, this is your place.

Clackamas Auto Body cares about customer service! I brought a project car to Sam and got a bid for work to be done. There is a good crew of guys working at the shop, and Ive found upon looking over the project that if something needed to be addressed it is. I feel confident that Ill get what I asked for when it is done. So far so good!, They have an excellent painter who takes great pride in is work. I would highly recommend you give Clackmas Auto body a call if your looking for good value and Great work.

I had my 2000 Audi A4 repaired here - some front end damage and an alignment - just a week ago and it was a great experience. They were the lowest estimate I received and were able to get me in right away, which I wasnt expecting. They called to let me know as soon as my car was finished. It looks great, better than before. Im coming back for Window Tinting as soon as its available.

The manager and his wife LIVE out of the shop! They do NOT EVER pay their employees on time. When you do receive a check by the time you take it to the bank it bounces, at least two or three times. The manager tried to STAB an employee with a screwdriver over unsatisfactory work.
