There were quite a few things that went bad, and I would highly NOT RECOMMEND them to anybody looking for a new paint job. 1. They tricked me by washing my car before I picked it up, and so I missed the fact that there was dustings of paint along the drivers side window (see picture, and dont let them do that to you!). 2. They werent able to put my windshield wiper cover back on correctly, and so now it doesnt snap into the car frame (see picture). The clerk offered to deduct $150 from the bill but the difference between my agreed upon payment and actual payment was less than $100 (I didnt catch it until after) 3. I paid them for a new bumper and 2 hours of work ($52/hr labor), which one week afterwards the bumper is back to its original state (see picture). 4. The inside of my car was quite a mess as it had fine white dust in most places. 5. My key somehow got broken from its case so now the metal part can detach from its plastic housing. Overall this business is exactly that, a business. After meeting with the owner I felt that he cares more about making a profit than doing what is right. He was misleading about rental car prices and I feel that he is training his employees to purposefully be misleading (whether they know it or not).

Well I took my car to a few different shops, and they said it would be months because they where backed up with work. So took it here they said it would only be one month to get done so decided to try them out. Well it got done after 5 weeks, but they did a ok job paint matches good but they got paint on my tail lights on my rims and there is still a small dent in the rear fender. And to to it off the car wad driveable still but I left it there so they could see if there was more damage then they could see so I got a rental car the insurance covered it as long as they where working on it but macco should of gave it if they where working on it so since they let it sit there till they had time to get to it. I ended up having to pay $700 for a car rental because they did want to pay the day it just sat not getting worked on. They should of called me to pick it up till they where ready to work on it not a good shop for big jobs never use them again.

A few days ago I received my 2000 Mazda Protégé after being in Maacos hands for reprinting and refurbishing. While my car runs just fine, its appearance was in dreadful need of attention. Not only was a majority of its surface oxidized, but rust had begun to show and the roof was throughly pitted. In addition to this, the engine compartment was filthy and the interior was in need of detailing. In other words, what Maaco was left to deal with was a decent old engine surrounded by an awful mess, and a request from me to work a miracle to fit my needs for the next few years. What Maaco returned was exactly that; a miracle, a lovely 17-year old car that looks as navy blue and New as the day I first bought it. Changed review because of a call I got this morning: Mark, the owner calls me about a few of my complaints and asks what he can do to make up for it. Obviously, he cant just give me cash back, so he literally offered to paint another car of mine for free. Unfortunately, I dont own a second car, but the thought counts. The actual body work they did was great, and I have no complaints there. There were some detailing issues on the inside of the car, like a spilled soda in the center console, and the left indicator light blinks erratically. All in all, I will probably avoid getting body work done on ANY car I owned, but thats not because of these guys. Oh yeah, always buy full coverage insurance.

First Review! These guys are awesome. I had my Audi painted last Friday from a peeling blue color to a deep orange/yellow. I wasnt 100 percent what to expect, but was blown away. Any time I pull in next to another vehicle regardless of what year, my paint has exceptional depth of color and gloss. 2 day turn around for an amazing price. Unreal
