So Im going to try and keep this as professional as possible. I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment to replace a window that was broken into on my 99 honda crv. Driver side rear quarter glass. On the first appointment the tech brought out the wrong window. No biggie it happens. He said he will contact his dispatcher and leave a note for the correct part number of the window as there is only one in their system for this car for that particular window anyway. As it was labor day weekend and the appointment was on Saturday I had to wait until Tuesday to talk to them again to reschedule. They apologize and all that and reschedule for Thursday. As is common a different tech comes out for the appointment, but with the same incorrect window. There was a huge communication problem with their corporate to dispatchers to technicians. So now im waiting for a call from a manager again and have to reschedule to replace the window for a third time. Starting to feel they are very unorganized and a simple task of replacing a honda window is taking three attempts. I chose Gerber based on their reviews but I feel they are overrated. As I have to take yet another day off of work to get this resolved I feel compelled to let people know that this could be a possibility when deciding to go with Gerber. Since this is unresolved at the time of typing I will continue to leave negative reviews until I get more then just a copy paste apology for errors on their part and the unwillingness to make it right but to reschedule another appointment.

I recently got my car repaired with Gerber collision & Glass on Febuary 8th. I had an estimate it was accurate and fast, then had my car in their shop. What I liked about Gerber collision is the facility is clean, the staffs and people that was working on my car was very friendly, and always kept me informed about the status of my vehicle :) these guys receive more then a 5 star. I personally would give them a 10 stars!! The front desk person the lady I forgot her name supper friendly and kept customers smiling. Gerber Collision Keep up the good job with how Honest, Friendly, and how Clean you all keep the facility. I THANK YOU ALL SOO MUCH. Honestly the first time I was sketchy in putting my trust with them, with my car experiences I had before, now I can Honestly Trust them 100% they took really good care of my car, and not last but least treated me with nothing but respect since the beginning.
