Just had some extensive work done on my car in which it had front end damage and rear end damage. Most of the items were fixed but the headlight went on and off and they choose not to replace it even though they state they will replace anything that is worked on by them for LIFE that didnt function properly. My second experience was worst my door got dinged got it fixed and when they put it back together the speaker was messed up my door handles were scratched (in the inside) and the prep work was not that great on top of that I paid out of pocket for all of that and on top of that had my concert tickets stolen from my car in which when I questioned them they said they would call me back on the issue never got a call back. My car is in one piece now but, I 100% regret that it went to ABRA and if you enjoy your car and work hard for your money like I do and receive the quality of work I got from that shop your better off looking elsewhere.

I recently had someone back into me at a parking lot and had to have my bumper cover repaired via an insurance claim. It was supposed to be simple, but my cars color turned out to be quite challenging to match. I was working with Marcia, the general manager, who was incredibly patient with me as a customer and understood my desire for a good match of the paint. After 4 unsuccessful tries to match the paint, she called in the PPG paint rep and they worked together to get a PERFECT match which solved the need for the larger job of blending into the body. To summarize, the customer service I received was BEYOND fantastic and I would certainly do work with them again.

My second time to see Marcia at Precision and once again a truly exceptional professional experience! Marcia was a bit concerned and fully warned me they might find some additional structural damage once they got inside the mess to my front bumper. They did, she called me, (only $60 dollars additional) and showed me the damaged part when I arrived to pick up my car. My 7 yr. old car was cleaned, inside and out, and looked brand new. While I hope I wont see them any time soon I am confidant where to go if I need to.

Real talk....they dont deserve a single star. They have my truck for a month and all they do is keep on pushing the due date back. They are the worse. If i have a bicycle to fix I wont let them touch it

My car had damage to the rear bumper, quarter panel, and suspension. Precision auto fixed it brand-new. Great service over the phone as well.
