I have had three great experiences with Lou Saare on South Santa Rosa Ave. Personnel was friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful with insurance and car rental arrangements, and perfect work - paint matching and surface quality. Most recently, my Nissan Leaf was returned to new condition after a front fender ding. I will return.

Excellent service...car was like new again after destroying the front end courtesy of Cal Trans and a nice, big sinkhole that opened up on I-80 during a rain storm. Very professional, honest, kind employees. I would absolutely take my car here again. They even had some good tips for me about auto insurance.

they took 9 days to fix my car. i was told originally a week, and that was already quite a while. i had to rent a car and that cost me about $500! pretty ridiculous service. wouldnt ever recommend to anyone.

These guys make empty promises on repairs, and lead you on when they know they cant do anything. I would deter anyone from doing anything with these guys.
