Worst service ever, the tow truck driver Rick is start coming to me really aggressively and treating me disrespectfully and tell me to get out from the company property after I have shown him that is some damage on the car after he have tow the car from a parking lot. Extremely rude, disrespectful and aggressive person who told me if I don’t move my car out from the property he towed out from G&C parking in Santa Rosa. So I ask him to call the police so we can get the report for the damage, but after that he get more aggressive than ever and start use inappropriate words, to get me out , so I decide to get out and will follow with company management to see how they are going to react to this bad behavior. Can’t believe how G&C doing business with employees like this person, but defiantly I can say this the worst experience for me so far in my life, so I hope this review will change something in the company employees police. This is not the right way to treat customers.

It is great to have G&C right here in Rohnert Park. They always give quick and, efficient service with courtesy from all their employees. My car was fixed perfectly after a small accident and they even cleaned up a couple of other small spots at no charge. They provided a small loaner car for my use during the short time it took to so the repairs. I will always take my cars to G&C and recommend that my friends and relatives do too.
