Comcast has a better reputation then these guys. After I scheduled a home visit to repair my windshield my headaches started. Chad, the tech I was given was mediocre at best. To say I had to reschedule with him three different times would be an understatement. THERE WAS NO RESCHEDULING. Just a vage attempt at saying he would be by 1st thing in the morning and I should expect a call. After not getting my first appointment, the following two days I received a call in the morning saying he would be over within the hour or mid morning. He never showed up. Hours after the scheduled appointment, I called him, with no answer. Then a short time later I would receive a call or a text from him, vaguely saying we needed to rescheule. The WORST part of all was he was unapologetic and laughed at me via text. Even when I called their main office to inform them of this and to get a different tech sent out, it took them 6 hours to call me back to try and reschedule for a 4th time. Even with making an appointment well in advance, I was unable to get a the basic service I needed to my SUV. Because of this, I could not get my windshield replaced before heading out of town for a road trip. Dont give them your business.

I have never been treated so badly from an Auto shop in my life. Estimated time was 4 weeks which I felt was a decent time for the work needed. After I had to do all the research for "RON" to get the parts into the shop I was giving another timeline of 4-5 weeks. I was just informed after my car has been sitting there for 6 weeks that the parts wouldnt even ship for another month and half... This is something that "RON" should have communicated to me at the time he purchased the items. I am extremely frustrated with the communication and lack of caring for someone who has had not had their vehicle for over 6 weeks. I would recommend never going to this shop, and if your insurance company request you to go there... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I would rate them in stones not stars!

After having a horrible experience with J&M, I thought I would call and schedule a time for an estimate, since this location is now Gerber Auto Body. NOTHING HAS CHANGED! - Do not even waist your time calling, or stopping by. I was told the estimator is booked 3 weeks out. I would need to schedule a time to leave my car to be inspected. I didnt feel that I was being heard with my request, and dont trust this location with my car.

WOULD NEVER tell anyone to go here. what should of been a 1 week project has now almost been a 3 week. I go to check on my car and NO ONE IS touching it. Plus they cant even call you to update you. just bad.
