A big thank you to Lukas/Fix Auto Body and their customer service guy Chad! I took my H3 in after some vandals threw cement chunks at the hood and passenger door, causing deep dents and scars to the body. At every step, they exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, Chad had my file open, hed negotiated the repair with my insurance company (who initially offered me half of what it took to do the repair), arranged for my rental car and even reminded me to take my sunglasses with me. He actually e-mailed me photos of the repair twice to show me how it was progressing! When the rental car company dropped me off at the end of the week to pick up my car, I didnt even recognize it. They not only made a completely invisible repair - as perfect as off the assembly line - but they had cleaned and polished every inch of the car, including door jambs and stuff I hadnt EVER cleaned. On top of that, theyre really friendly and do unbelievably amazing work. Im totally impressed. They exceeded any expectation I had. I would recommend them without reservation or exception.

This is the 2nd time I have had work done by Lukas/Fix Auto and I could not be more pleased. They are so professional, efficient, pleasant, and quick. Very easy to work with...my insurance company (USAA) recommends them and I can see why. Their set up with Enterprise Rent a Car makes the whole experience so easy. It almost makes me want to have my car hurt more often because of the great service I had both times with Fix Auto Downtown Portland. I worked with Brian Lehman both times and he is fabulous! Oh, and by the way, when I picked up my car it was immaculate...cleaned inside and out..and trust me, it was pretty bad when I left it with them.

I smooshed the front bumper and side lite on my older Lexus and got a reasonable rate from Fix. Manager Chad suggested I pick up the lite myself and perhaps Lexus would install it free (ha). Sure they would install it, with 1.5-2 hours labor (app $180). Chad and his nice man did it for free in about 15 minutes, and wouldnt take a dime. I left enuf $ for donuts, but will be back there for sure! Thanx again!

Took my vehicle here after some idiots tagged it. I was just expecting to get an estimate to have it repainted. The manager suspected the paint used in the tag was junky enough to come off with some elbow grease, and he was right. Several guys worked their butts off to remove the tag. I think it took about an hour of scrubbing, and they wouldnt even let me help. Awesome customer service! Thanks!

I stopped in for an estimate for removal of spray paint grafitti from our TeamLogic IT vehicle. The receiving service attendant, Chad, immediately tried the solvent he thought would do the job and, since the paint came off easily, he just finished the job on the spot, no charge. Thank you. I was thinking this was going to be a time consuming and costly fix.

Was sent here by State Farm after someone hit my car. They were booked for weeks but fit me in because were not from the area and were only gonna be in town another week. They had it done quickly and made my 2015 jeep wrangler look brand new again. They even vacuumed the inside! I couldnt be happier with the job and device they provided.

Overall, I liked the place. Guys were able to talk to my insurance company and figure out the issues with repairs. In communications, the repair shop guys are quick and straight forward. I would recommend this place to others.

JR and his crew do fantastic work and are always helpful with their advice. Dont let your insurance company tell you where to take your care. Bring it to JR if you want a hassle free repair.
