PLEASE~ DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE !!!! VERY POOR QUALITY WORK!!! NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My daughters car window was broken into and our insurance company (USAA) recommended 2 places in Lakewood, Wa. We wanted to take it to the other place but they were 3 weeks out. Abra could get us in right way so we went there instead. That should have been our first clue... We dropped off the car and when we went back the first time to look at the car, I found broken window glass still visible on the floor board that Abra had not vacuumed up, a very squeaky new window, very poor paint prep job- there was bubbling paint on the door trim all the way across and it looked like dirt was mixed in it. I was also shocked to find out that they did not paint the whole door and did not think that was unusual. Who paints 3/4 of a door?? Really??? I really cant believe they thought any of this was acceptable and that they were expecting us to take our vehicle in this condition. The shop manager (she wouldnt give us her name) is very rude, guarded and if there are any problems at all, she will not take any responsibility for them. In our case she tried to blame the paint problem on the company that had painted our car 2 years ago although the other 3 door trim pieces were perfect and did not have bubbling paint. It really says a lot about a company when they just continue to argue with you and will not admit any wrong doing.They obviously do not understand anything about Customer Service. We insisted and they did agree to fix the window again but denied the bubbling paint damage was their fault. So today (3 days later) we went back to see the car again. The window was fixed although they said there was old grease in the track and that was the problem which was another LIE because I changed the regulator in that window 8 months prior and put new grease in the track.The real problem was that they left glass in the track. It makes sense if they cant even vacuum it up off the floor board. I told them there work is 1/2 ass and unacceptable and that I would be calling my insurance company when I got home. By the way, they charged USAA $1,355.94 for this crappy job. I did call USAA and we are moving forward to get another opinion on this work and the difference will be charged back to Abra, so save yourself time and aggravation and do not take your vehicle there. You will only be disappointed.

Had my car transferred here from ABRA Tacoma, which had exemplary service. Very unprofessional staff, and when my car was declared a total loss, and I decided to pick it up, it was missing parts. I was missing a few parts from the trunk area where it was hit, and it looks like they were so careful when they took it apart, they broke some of the parts and didnt bother to attempt to put them together correctly. I had a very clean car before it was love tapped on the bumper, but they were somehow able to get white dust in most of the car. Avoid this ABRA location, Ill be happy if I dont find any other lasting damage on my car.

Very highly recommend this place. Dont listen to that other review, my car was vandalized (all tires slashed, back window broke, dents, and passenger rear view mirror smashed) and the people here were completely professional and fixed it all in a week and 2 days. And Ive taken it back 2 times since then for little things that are related to the issue (glass in a speaker and tire sensor turned off) and they fixed both in a few minutes for no charge extra hidden charges or anything.

This place is garbage. I would not trust this place with a bicycle let alone a nice car. They dont want to own up for their mistakes. I cant believe that usaa would back a place like this. Take it to Will Titas instead
