I had some terrible customer service today, Wileys Auto body shop they do great work on vehicles, but after today i will never go back. I would suggest to support another local business. I was treated poorly due to a misunderstanding with the customer service representative, she quoted a price incorrectly and the cost ended up being double of what it should have been. She became passive aggresive and rude when confronted with the problem. This inevitably caused me to snap and cuss her out. was that right? probably not, but it made me feel better since I am still out 922 dollars due to her lack of knowledge. I would suggest supporting another local business.

Ive only ever worked with the owner, and he listened to my every word and inquiry. I am having extensive work done on my Toyobaru GT-86 and I am supremely confident in the shops abilities. Finally, I have found an awesome shop in Kitsap county!
