Mediocre work. Boss with an anger problem. Dual exhaust tips not installed symmetrically. Bumper was not aligned with car body. Owner, Greg, told me thats as good as it can be done and refused to do it any better. I had to take the car home and fix it properly myself. Also, Gregs charge to R&R the bumper was 7.5hrs.! It took me 2.5 hrs. to do the same thing and the result looks much better. Complaints to Greg are answered with a tirade of anger and profanities. The paint job didnt match well in color or texture. Parts that should have been masked-off were painted over instead. I was then given an additional $quote to repaint those parts. Gregs comment was, "Oh... you want them black?!"

I am always very happy with their work. Angela was especially helpful my most recent visit; My car was hit and the driver door wouldnt open and even though the other insurance company told me I had to wait to get a rental until they started working on my car, Angela called, emailed, and did everything she could to make sure they put me in a rental right that same day, so that I could be safe driving. She even called Enterprise and arranged everything for me. She went over and above and my car is as good as new. Thank you Angela and Southwest auto body!

I have an old car, one that people spend a lot of money on to get to concours condition, however I cant afford that, so I try to repair it close to original spec and parts for this car are very hard to find. So I needed a new muffler, but one that sounded the same and fit just like the old one. The one they put on looks no different than the original and sounds 90% the same, however the 10% difference is a positive one. Nice solid work for a fair price. Ill be having them do other body related things to my car in future.

I have no words to describe the wonderful service that Southwest Autobody provides. Not only did they repair my car for a reasonable fee, Greg drove my car to me when it was ready. No easy feat as I live approximately 50 miles from the shop. I cannot say enough about the service. They are honest and stand behind their work. Greg...youre the man! Thanks soooo much. Angie and Greg were great!! Angie kept me updated and showed great communication. Greg replaced my clutch in my Ford Focus in just a day and had it running like new! Great prices and great service make for a great experience; I will definitely be taking my car back for any additional mechanical needs!

Son dented right quarter-panel and wheel well. Gave up-front estimate to help decide whether to use insurance or go out-of-pocket. Fast, friendly, honest, helped with deductible; called rental car place; repaired more than necessary to get the whole front-end to look brand new.
