Our cracked bumper was the other partys fault and their PEMCO insurance paid for everything. So we didnt deal with costs or co-pays or anything. But that being said - this ABRA location did an amazing job from start to finish. All my direct communication with Stephen and Taylor was really great - and they both were very friendly and helpful. We had our Highlander back in less than a week and the work LOOKS AMAZING! Really, really outstanding work on the paint match, the repair work - everything. They vacuumed the interior and cleaned the dash and they didnt even have to do that. It looks like it was never in an accident. Thank you ABRA Kent, you did top notch quality work for us and Im really glad I picked your shop. Ill be sure to recommend you to anyone who needs body repairs or glass work!

ABRA Auto Body & Glass in Kent/Des Moines sucks ass.. took my suv in for an estimate on 07/14. Today is 07/25 and my insurance company still doesnt have the quote! They called and talked to Patrick on 07/21 asking for the quote and he said hell get it over. Still nothing! Today I called to talk to Stephen around 10 am and he is on lunch.. you didnt open till 8 am but 10 am is his lunch?? My insurance company called again and they said if they want the quote, need to talk to Stephen. To think I have been bring my car and truck to you for over the last 3 or 4 years. This is how you treat loyal customer? Yall suck ass! Never going back!

Most understanding caring auto repair ever! My husband was on the coast for a family death, someone dropped a part on his dodge truck engine. This caused shorting out the computer board. Ryan set up a tow and was back to us the next day. They got it done timely, without additional drama. The truck runs EXCELLENT! better gas mileage and quite than when we bought it.
