My Soldier referred me to Metro Auto Rebuild South at Tacoma. I was a bit skeptical about it first, but she reassured that it was the best Auto Repair Shop guaranteed. I took my 2013 Nissan Sentra SL there a full repair after that nasty accident. And the customer service was excellent. One of their Staff, thoroughly briefed me on all the following steps that will be taken on my car. Not only that, Metro Auto Rebuild South also has the website where I can gather more information, and I can track the progress of my car. I can even see pictures my car as working is being done on it, going through all repair phases. Thank you Doug and other staffs for doing such an amazing job in repairing my car. In conclusion, If you want to get your car fully repaired, and you are not sure which auto body repair shop to turn to, I strongly recommending you going Auto Rebuild South at Tacoma. They have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in this country. Staff is excellent at answering questions and offering helps. I once called them after their office hours and expected to leave voice messages, not only the staff picked up the phone, but also patiently answered my questions, and even took his time to take photos of my car and sent to me through email. I was also allowed to look at my car with the staff while it was being fixed. The boss, Mike, was very approachable and gave me quite a bit of education about insurance/damages of my car on the first day we met. I was stressed out about the accident but this place makes everything so nice and smooth. Will be picking up my car next week!

We had our front bumper replaced following a small incident. This started when we were referred to them following an estimate from another body shop that we have used for about 15 years - which we felt was a bit high. Not only did they do an outstanding job, their estimate was accurate and I noticed that the other shop was charging me for labor that was not required. They not only worked well with my schedule, but their customer service blew me away. Awesome experience and totally trust them.

Metro Auto Rebuild is great and they provide amazing customer service! I have brought my Mercedes here at least three times over the years and they do a great job! Last week I was at a dealership in Federal Way and they drove all the way there to pick up my car and take it back to Tacoma to fix and re-paint the trunk after my car was vandalized. Then they brought it back the next day. This is a wonderful example of superior customer service.
