I have never taken the time to write a review, but hopefully this will either help the business improve their business practices or deter anyone uninterested in a terrible car detailing. My mother was in an accident and was referred to NW Auto Body for repairs. Just like some other reviews have mentioned the repairs took way too long and when my mother called to ask what was taking so long the explanation was that there was even more damage found and they were waiting on insurance approval. NW Auto Body awarded my mother with a couple gift certificates for a FULL detail inside and outside valued at $99. I recently bought a new (old) vehicle and my mother was nice enough to gift me the certificate for the detailing. I dropped my car off there at 8 am and they said theyd have it back to me by 5:30 pm. When I called at 4:30 pm they said it was done and ready to be picked up. When I picked my car up I was incredibly shocked at how dirty it still was. There was debris (dirt, pebbles) on my passenger seat and the center consul looked as if it had not been touched. There was streaking and spots left on all my windows, dirt along the outside of my car that I physically wiped off myself when I got home. Film from stickers, obvious stains, I mean it truly looked like someone had just power washed it on the VERY outside and vacuumed/wiped it down with a dry cloth in some places on the inside. Very disappointing considering they had my car for 8 hours. I called NW Auto Body and explained everything to the front desk and she said if I came back, they would do a better job. When I brought my car back to show them the results of their $99 detail, I was validated and told that it should have been better. The guy that seemed to be in charge of the detail apologized and said that he was not there the supervise the day I brought it in. He said that someone should have explained to me what a "detail" entails because they dont work on getting stains out and such. Then he proceeded to tell me that hed be happy to re-detail it, but he would need my car for 2 FULL days this time in order to get the job done because there is not enough time in 1 work-day to finish the job. So he basically admitted that they cannot finish a full detail in the 9.5 hours allotted. Any my care was even done in 8 hours. Makes sense, right? WRONG. Am I crazy or is this a TERRIBLE business practice? I told him that there was NO WAY I could give up my car for 2 whole days to which he said that I will always have the detail and to just call when I have free time to get it done. Its safe to say that I will NOT be returning for the "fix-it" 2 day long detail service. Charging anyone $99 for the detail I got is EXTORTION! Dont waste your time or money on this service.

We bought a new GMC Terrain in February of this year. We immediately had it set up to tow, we also purchased the full rock guard for the front. Unfortunately we still ended up with damage to the right rear door, rock chips down to the metal. We received a recommendation for NW from our go to guy Stan at Carr GMC. What a great choice, Tiger greeted us, did a quick estimate, and within a week or so we had our car back good as new, actually better because he added some acrylic panels to the vulnerable area so may help prevent future damage. We were so impressed by their friendliness and all the promises were kept, the job was perfect, we got it back when they promised and they cleaned and did a detail job that would have cost $200.00 anywhere. In a world where it is so hard to get what you pay for or trust someone to fulfill their promises were so glad we heard about NW We hope we wont need that type of service again but if we do no question well go back. Great job on my car and outstanding customer service. Bumper replacement after fender-bender completed less than in two days; everything about communication with insurance company was taken care of; loaner car provided on the site; everybody is very polite, with good manners, and very efficient in what they do. I mentioned about suspicious sound when driving, they checked and fixed it. Getting my car back I asked general question about the paint, Reed answered it, and offered me some paint to fix possible chips in the future. They detailed the car. Bottom line: it was a very positive experience; I highly recommend this place.

Having had bad experience in the past with dealership bodyshops in town, decided I try Northwest Auto Body Inc. My daughters 2014 Ford Focus suffered a hit and run at Clark college. So I took it for repairs to Northwest Auto Body Inc. Immediately I was received with very friendly courteous personnel who quickly went to work taking care of my daughters vehicle. They did a fantastic job! down to the detail of the vehicle. My daughter was extremely pleased with the workmanship. Outstanding customer service! In my view best auto body repair shop in town.

I was in a car accident with my brand new 2016 vehicle. I was worried that the shop would use aftermarket parts but they replaced all parts from the nearby dealership and emailed me an update twice a week. My car looked brand new in less time then promised. Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Will absolutely be back if I need any more car repairs. There was a scratch on my trunk that I did t see before, but the manager Tiger to care of it with no problems. Super customer service!

We are very happy with our experience with NW, from start to finish. A tow truck backed into my new car & damaged the fender & bumper. NW did a beautiful job of blending the paint & repairing the damage. Their customer service is excellent & attentive. The car was detailed flawlessly. & the work was completely in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend NW!!!!

I was kept 100% in the loop, allowed to set up a time to go see their progress, met the repair tech and made to feel extremely important by everyone there! My accident was an unfortunate event but Northwest Auto Body made thing so incredibly easy!! Hopefully Im never in the need for a body shop again, but if I am, they will be where my vehicle goes!
