Multiple issues: One, I never received one single update status regarding my vehicle via email as promised. I had to call daily to get a status update on my car. When I would call for an update, the receptionist would not have an answer, therefore transferring me to someone who would know that status of my vehicle, only to get a voicemail. When I got a call back, I was always told that my vehicle could probably be done the next working day (I was told this 4 times while my car was at Kadels) and I would get a call/email in the morning to verify that. Still not call/email. I called Wednesday, they said it would be completed Thursday; I called Thursday, I was told Monday; I called Monday and was told Tuesday; I called Tuesday during closing and was told Wednesday. 5 days after the promised finished date. Two, Nothing was ever on time. When I came in at my scheduled appointment time for the estimate, I had to wait over 20 minutes before an estimator could get to me. When I made the appointment to have my car repaired two weeks later; I showed up at the SCHEDULED time, and there was no record of my car being scheduled for the repair. I had give my printed confirmation to the receptionist to show that I was there at the correct time. I was promised my car would take 2 and half, 3 days of work tops…I received my vehicle on day 8. Tree, the initial estimate was around $500. When I picked my car up, over a week after the promised finished date the total repair cost was close to $2,000. Though insurance was covering the cost, I did not feel it was honest work. It is MY vehicle, and I feel this company was not honest, nor upfront about the time it would take to complete the work on my vehicle nor the cost and estimated damage. Overall, I feel that this company was looking to get the money for my vehicle and not at all concerned about the vehicle owner and customer experience. Next time, I will take my business elsewhere where I feel the employees will work hard to get the job done, and will be honest and upfront. The lack of communication, and surprise of expense in the end made me feel as though this company had something to hide. I do not feel my money was well spent, plan to inform my insurance, and will NEVER recommend anyone take their business to Kadels Auto Body in Orchards. Alpine is under new management and it is obvious.

Great experience and service!!! I had an estimate done at another place first but after calling my insurance company (Geico) they had me go here since they have and onsite estimator. They explained everything to me and since Im a Geico customer they put me ahead of other customers. That felt like royal treatment. They have a contract with Enterprise car rental so the representative was called and came right over. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning (3/15/16) and they told me it would be repaired bu the following Monday. They kept me updated and on Wednesday (3/16/16) said, "because youre a Geico customer we moved your car to the front of the line and its ready to pick up tomorrow". The work was great and my car was returned clean outside and vacuumed inside. I recommend this ABRA location.

Worst Auto Body shop i have encountered with! Never go here for a car you need fixed by and insuranance company or at all for that matter. They will tell you that they will take care of everything and then wont do any of the big repairs that need to be done. Stole almost 2 thousand dollars from me just to put a bumper on the car! They lied and said they would fix the bent frame but never fixed anything and were never planing on it. Liars and cheaters! Never ever do bussuniess here.

I am very pleased with the work that Kadels did on my car, but what Id really like to complement them on is their customer service. This place runs like a Swiss watch. I was never kept waiting at any point during the process, and every person I interacted with was friendly and professional. Communication was excellent. They kept me up to date at every step. I am 100% satisfied with my experience, and I would gladly recommend Kadels to anyone.

I am a Geico customer and they worked with Kadels to have my minor repairs done in just three days. A great experience with great service from all involved. I highly recommend both Geico Insurance and Kadels Auto Body. I thought it would be an ordeal, but three days and it was like it never happened. Kadels does not take shortcuts and they do it right. Call Garret at Kadels and he will treat you right.

Underwhelmed from start to finish. Extremely frustrated with responsiveness. Had to pay with a credit card after going through endless headaches to get accounts set up that delayed repairs by over a month. Personnel were blissfully unconcerned that I have a business to run too. I will be telling everyone who even mentions a body shop to not go here.

I was rear ended. They fixed the the bumper and door to the suv but forgot parts, my shelf wouldnt go back in place, the door & glass made noise opening & shutting it, which now doesnt work, refused to do a frame check since my tow hitch took most of the hit. Ive had nothing but problems with my suv since the accident.

My experience was less than satisfactory. It took one week to complete a repair which should have taken only days. The work was substandard and I still had to take the car back to have the bumper worked on since they did not attach it correctly! I do not recommend doing business at this body shop.

We had to take our vehicle back and even after the 2nd attempt the work was sub standard. Bodywork was ok but very bad road noise on the side that was repaired & left some scratches on the indoor door panel.

Worst autoshop ever. Dont recommend it. The painting on my car was terrible and they replaced my messed up tire with a crappy tire (it had a buldge on it) making it dangerous for me to drive. Waste of time
