Our family has used Dennys for a long time and always been very happy, so when our Chevy Volt was in an accident, we didnt look anywhere else. Debbie was very friendly and was always prompt to respond which was great. However, the work wasnt done completely the first time, which is very frustrating. When we went to pick up the car it had a new scratch on it, and they didnt finish painting the gas cap door, so the color looked totally off. Their rental car companies dont often have hybrids for rentals and it was a hassle to get a car that they deemed compatible, so we had to then also pay for gas in the rental.....for their mistake to begin with. Needless to say, we wont be going there in the future.

These folks are very friendly and professional. Once the part that I needed came in, they were able to make the minor repair I needed right away. I asked for one more thing to be fixed, and they went and got that part (did not have to special order that one) and fixed it at the same time. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and peaceful with cushy armchairs so I could do emails and phone calls while waiting. No blaring TV. No hard plastic bucket style seats. They are a bit far for me to go to, but I think it would be worth the drive if I ever need some larger work done.

I was rear ended and it was my first accident so I was on a learning curve. The people at Fix Auto are great and Debbie answered all my questions in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. They kept me in the loop at all times on how the fix was going. They did a great job on the repair and Esurance that paid for the whole repair was fast and Fix Auto worked with them perfectly. The Hertz rental that works with Fix Auto was also great. Friendly courteous service. I highly recommend Fix Auto for all your auto needs.

These folks were friendly, fast, and efficient. I went in to get my door fixed and they took care of another minor problem for free that I hadnt even consulted them for! Would absolutely recommend them and if I ever have to get another repair it will be at this shop.
