My wife and I own a 2012 Kia Optima, the passinger side of the car was hit all the way up to the mirror on the passinger front door. The car was parked when this took place, so when we first seen it our hearts stopped! My wife had heard from someone at her work that Barretts Collision did good work. So she took it in for an estimate, when she came home with the estimate she told me how nice they were and how comfortable they made her feel. So we dropped the car off with them to be repaired. This wasnt minor repairs by the way, they had to replace passinger rear quarter panel, rear passinger door, and replace the "skin" or sheet metal on the front door. They called regularly with updates during the repair process, and the car was done on time. But maybe the most impressive of all you really cannot tell that anything ever happened. The repairs and the repair process were explained, they went over the car with us when we picked it up. You can see and feel that they take pride in their work.So ya I will refer them to everyone I know. What else is there to say except GREAT JOB!

They are just wonderful! It starts with the nice lady at the front desk (im sorry I never caught your name) who always had a smile and gave the best customer service. She calls when she said she does and does everything to give you the best service. It continues with the people who give you a estimate who do a quick and fast great job. their estimates are great and very exact so that this almost eliminates the chance for them finding something unexpected later that will cost more. It concludes with the incredible job of their mechanics and everyone else who works at the vehicle. They finished their work faster than expected and what they did was class A. Even the paint job was done so smooth that it almost is smoother than the original paint job was and even though my truck has a complicated metallic color you cant see at all where the new paint ends and the original begins. And to top everything off, I got a very reasonable price. I love them. And will come back whenever im in need. Great job! Thank you guys so much!

This shop is ran by true professionals, true team members, and true management and ownership. Excellent technicians know how to get the job done properly, the first time, while not driving up repair costs. County Line Collision is the cleanest, most well organized and efficient shop Ive seen yet. I will definitely do business with them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone that asks.
