Service begins where expectations end. From my first encounter with North Kitsap Auto Rebuild, through the endorsements of AAA and my insurance company, to my first telephone interactions, to my first impressions of their physical operation, and the professionalism of their staff, to the photos I was sent ensuring me of progress on my vehicle, to the job completed earlier than estimated, to the final presentation, much to my satisfaction, my expectations were exceeded, the service provided abundantly evident. Over and beyond the quality the work, rendering my vehicle as good as new, was the communication. North Kitsap Auto Rebuild used all available means to inform me of their progress with my vehicle, including their cooperation with my insurance company, their prompt scheduling of the work, their prompt execution of the repair, and their notification that the work was complete. I live in Poulsbo; so, logistically, North Kitsap Auto Rebuild is a natural choice for me. My vehicle, though, is foreign, Italian, and I could easily have opted, despite the inconvenience, for a Seattle shop, believing it to be superior to that of my neighbours here. Not beguiled by the big city, I was rewarded with the care, the conscientiousness, the responsibility, and the integrity of my local shop. Familiar with North Kitsap Auto Rebuild as I am now, I would recommend it with hesitation to anyone here in Kitsap, anyone on the West Side. Dealing with ones neighbours gives one a good feeling. It is just right. Right feels good. When I was presented with my final paperwork, accompanied by the smiles of all involved, I was assured that all work done at North Kitsap is guaranteed for the life of my vehicle, and that any concerns regarding that work would be immediately addressed. Peace of mind – promised – certainly surpassing expectation, certainly elevating service to the exceptional.

This shop is all about professionalism. The staff was courteous, competent,. and provided the quality workmanship we expected. The shop and grounds are clean and welcoming. From my first contact to picking up the vehicle, everything was spot on.
