Someone backed into my vehicle and I wanted to take it to a Dealers body shop. I was fine with having to wait 5 weeks for a bumper. Once it came in, I drove down from Bellingham to drop the car off on a Monday, and we were told it would be ready on Friday. I drove the rental storm the next weekend to pick up my car and it wasnt ready (I called the day before I went in to pick it up). I understand the possibility of the snow and ice causing delays. What I cant understand is why my car now smells like cigarette smoke when Ive never smoked in my life. Or why my very was dead when I went to pick up the car. I had to wait for them to jump it, which was pretty awkward for them. The power steering also feels much more difficult, but I have no idea about that. Im glad my bumper looks great, though. But I would not come here again for bodywork. Or recommend that anyone else does.

For a simple bumper cap replacement, I was told 1 or 2 days. When I brought the car for a Monday morning appointment, I was told 2 or 3 days. It actually took 10 days for a simple bumper paint job. Because this took 10 days, the shop made it as right as it could have been. They did screw up the first paint, but Chevy had changed paint codes. Since they made it right, I give them 2 stars
