Was referred to this company by Wilsonville Toyota since I was requesting this type of service outside their normal business hours due to my availability. Provided very accurate photos and all relative information. Received a call about two days from a representative named Cliff. He wanted me to text him the VIN and other information that was already provided on the online intake form (I figured he just wanted to have it in his phone.) I was told by Cliff that he would contact me again within 24 hours with a quote. 9 days went by without a call so I contacted their dispatch number and told them if I didnt get a call within the next 2 hours I would take my business elsewhere. Sure enough he called me within that timeframe and quoted me for some scratches on my bumper and a paint distortion on the tailgate around "$800-$950" not including the cost to order and reapply badging (Badging is the letters from the factory that identify the vehicle and trim level). He also was very rude over the phone and didnt seem to even remember talking to me. He claimed he sent me a quote already but there was nothing in my emails or phone to show that. (Yes, I checked my spam folders.) Finally after him unnecessarily arguing with me he confessed to neglecting to send the information. One week later (today) I took my truck over to Wilsonville Toyota for regular maintenance and a representative from Same Day was there. He fixed all the issues for $350.00 (Keep in mind this is the same company that the original representative "Cliff" works for.) He also didnt have to remove or replace any of the badging. The vehicle looks brand new now. I understand that estimates are simply an idea of what Ill be spending but there is a BIG difference between $350 and $950. This company, in regards to dealing with directly, is dishonest, ethically unsound, and morally incompetent. If you MUST use them, I recommend going through your local dealership during your regular maintenance intervals. To the owner of this business: You should consider doing a performance review on Cliff. I would give your business "0" stars, but the system forces me to rate it at least "1" star.

I tried so hard to give these guys my business but they didnt want it. I submitted a quote through Same day website which then goes to the local branch based on my zip code im assuming. I received a call from them and was asked if I can send pictures even though I attached them in the respective boxes on the primary website when getting a quote. No apology just a comment that "that happens sometimes". So I email the photos in and the rep tells me that shell call me back as soon as they come in, 90 minutes later I call her back and she answers the phone and says "oh ya, my manager had me run to the dealership and I forgot".... No apology, just a poor excuse for why i had to call them back. Now to the real dumb moronic stuff lol. So based on the photos they give me a "verbal" price quote that is an ESTIMATE...... when I ask them to put it on some form of paper and email it to me because I need to provide this to the person who scratched my car as proof so they dont think im making up some number. The rep asks her manager and calls me back and says they cant provide written prices because its considered an estimate. I mentioned that I realize its an estimate and just put in big letters ESTIMATE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE, I explained that I just need something with your company name on it giving an ESTIMATE. It didnt register to her that a verbal estimate and a written estimate are the same thing!!!! Why ask for photos then!!! Complete waste of my time working with this garbage company. Please dont make the same mistake I did.

Dan did an awesome job on a repairing a bumper I had curbed. Dumb luck. He had me in and out with a quote in minutes and when I dropped the car off, I showed him another problem area and he said he would see what he could do. He went above and beyond and re-attached some pieces that looked like someone had fixed before incorrectly without charging me anything more than what the original quote was. You cant ask for better service than that. Thank you, Dan! The best part? I dropped the car off @ 8am and they had it done by 1:50pm. That is an amazing turnaround time. AND the price was below what I had figured it would cost. More stars! I met with Ben, the manager, as I was leaving. We talked BMWs(we both drive e60s of similar body style) for a minute like big nerds and he genuinely seemed to care about me and my vehicle as more than just another customers here to make his shop some money. Thank you, Ben! I will definitely be back. Ok, hopefully not, since that means I messed something up again. Thank you, Sameday of Portland!!!!

I took my car to the shop vs. remote service just FYI. Communication about setting up an apt. was easy with Ben. I provided photos via email but it was very difficult to make out the damage yet the estimet I was given was just about spot on after they saw the car in person. As for the work itself, perfect; a point door-ding and a crease door-ding gone! As for the wait time once dropped off, right on time. As for the price, I have no basis for comparison so no way to comment on that.

Fast and straight forward, honest appraisal. Ben told me to go with the cheaper option which you dont hear often. Even gave me a ride to work in the morning which saved me an taxi. Repaired everything as they said and did a good job. Highly recommend.

Had to get two dents fixed in my door from a falling bike. The door had to be painted twice but Brian from Sameday was very helpful and made sure the the job was done right! Would definitely go here again (but hope I wont need to).
