I could not be happier with the excellent customer service I received at Hot Rod Dreamworks!! I have a friend who works at Canby Ford (in the same lot as Hot Rod Dreamworks) that referred me when my car was damaged in an accident. I have had bad experiences in the past with auto body shops from under estimating and being crushed with hundreds more in repairs at the end, to simply taking weeks to get into the shop or once my vehicle was there, it was held hostage. But mostly, communication seemed to be minimal to nonexistent making me feel like I had to constantly call to see what was going on. None of these were the case with Hot Rod Dreamworks. I was super impressed with the exceptional and professional customer service. The front office was neat and welcoming…not a greasy, dirty mess like some auto body shops are. I was greeted and escorted around the facility to explain where and how my vehicle was to be repaired. It made me feel that my business was important to them. I even saw the shop where they work on classic and rare vehicles…these folks really take great care and pride in their work…and it shows. Jeff and Shannon in the front office we outstanding in their customer service…everything was made effortless for me. "Dont worry…we will handle all of that" was what I heard several times. I felt like I was in good hands. And the speed at which my car was completed was amazing. These folks have their craft down to an art form. I live in Beaverton, and am HAPPY to drive the distance to take my business to Hot Rod Dreamworks! You will be happy too!

My wife and I took a vehicle in for front end repairs & body work. Jeff Goode was the person who assisted us. Jeff was helpful and professional. He took the time to answer the numerous questions my wife and I had concerning the repair work and to fully explain what needed to be done, both with the repairs and with handling insurance issues. Mr. Goode met with the insurance adjuster and helped him determine the correct outcome. The car it looked like new when we picked it up. The repair work was completed as expected. Excellent experience.

The people are great, the work is impeccable and they are amazingly fast. They are artists and you can tell that they love what they do. All that and they drove me home and picked me up. I have never had a better experience wrecking my car! Almost makes me want to have all my friends go out and wreck their cars, too. I really love supporting small businesses and these guys and gals help prove its the way to go. They are masters at their craft and enjoy the relationships with customers as well.

I was referred to Hotrod Dreamworks and I can sure understand why. I called, the gentleman said to come down, I did. He met me outside, looked over my damage and consoled me about the car to make me feel better. He said he could do the repairs in a short amount of time and maybe could come in under bid. Hotrod Dreamworks treated my car like it was a Rolls (which it is not). My car is perfect and so are the employees. Thank you so much Hotrod Dreamworks.

So glad I did! They were so friendly and helpful (worked with the insurance company amazingly). The work was high quality and my car looks brand new. From the time I entered the office, till the time I drove my repaired car away, HRD handle all the business, from insurance, car rental and repairing, excellently. Im a three peat customer in the last two years. Theyve fixed my truck twice and my wifes car once. Nothing but the best experience all three times. Repairs looked good and the vehicles were cleaner on the inside when we picked them up than when we dropped them off. Great folks. Ive passed their name along to several friends looking for trustworthy places for repairs or just a new paint job.

3 rock dents in side door and panels DISAPPEARED, and the paint was blended fabulously with front door and rear bumper. Finest thing in second place, was a complete car was, vacuum interior, and wipe down of all surfaces with nicely scented cleaner. Best of the best. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, Ill return...No Doubt!
