If you want to be treated well, and have people in a business do what they say they will, this is NOT the place to take your car. We had a minor fender bender, but our vehicle was driving in an erratic fashion. I was told by my insurance claim specialist to go to Trew as they are in the system. The person I spoke to first didnt listen when I explained that my vehicle wasnt driving safely and I was concerned about it. He said they would fix the bumper. Once again, I explained that I could live with a dented bumper and was more concerned about the safety factor. He then said that he would take it to "his buddy around the corner and put it up on the rack" to check it for safety problems before they fixed the dented bumper. Well, he didnt. When I picked up my vehicle, the first person I spoke with was already on vacation, and neither of the other people were helpful when I asked what the alignment was. I called back a few days later, and found out that they didnt even BOTHER to do the safety inspection. I spoke to the manager who was VERY difficult, demeaning and verbally aggressive. She had no right to talk to me that way, and I told her so. She kept interrupting me, her voice becoming louder and rather abusive. She did nothing to rectify the fact that I had just paid nearly $600 dollars for a bumper, when they hadnt taken care of the safety FIRST. Unbelievable. Caution to any future customers: get everything in writing, have someone sign it for you, and beware of the manager. Then take it to another shop and have the work done RIGHT!

Today I drove in rain from Port townsend toward Bremerton Subaru to get my left windshield wiper fixed. It was not wiping the window so I was relying on the right side which was not adequate to clear the window. In fact , it splashed pouring rain onto the drivers side. I would pull off the road from time to time in hopes the rain would subside .That was intimidating. I was at the side of the road in Bremerton when I spotted a sign standing tall which said Body Repair. I thought "Maybe they have windshield wipers there" so I drove to the shop called TREW Body Repair. When I explained my precarious situation very polite secretary explained to one of the men on duty. He promptly went out to my car , put it in his garage , and soon returned to tell me he had fixed the problem: a bolt that had come loose so was not functioning. He didnt charge me any money and wished me well on my way home. A sincere thank you to TREW Auto Body !

I had a bad water leak on the passenger side. Cups of water were pouring out of my Dashboard on my 2005 Mustang after every rainfall. My radio and electrical system in the car were beginning to show unusual behavior. Trew Auto Body referred me to Auto glass in Bremerton. Autoglass discovered the problem to be in the air intake just under the hood...a drain tube in this area had plugged dirt and pine needles and the entire intake area was filling up with water and spilling over into my passenger compartment...it only took them about 30 min to find and fix this problem for a very reasonable price. If we had not fixed this, my electrical system would have suffered continued damages. They did a great job!!!

My car has been in 2 times to be fixed and it has been wrong both times. Wrong color, bumper not put on right, runs, hit my tail light and the side of the car with a buffer and scratched the car, ripped the paint, slammed the other tail light into the body and chipped the paint, and the tape line looked like they were recreating a water scene. We are now told that it has been done to industries standards by true and the insurance company. My car is still not fixed and now i have to deal with it my self. My car is a 2017 and the bumper was scrapped by another person. They are dealing with a very easy job. Do not use this company because you will have to go someplace else to get it done right.

Great work Trew auto body! I was in Marysville and someone left the front door to a house in the middle of the exit. Was dark and raining hard and had no time or room to go around it. Messed up my rocker panels and tore off underbody protection. Insurance company had it towed to Trew as I live in kitsap. They had it all fixed up faster than estimated and it looks like new! They had to paint and the color is matched perfect. Cant tell it ever happened. They kept me up to date every step of the way! These guys are awesome!

True Auto Body is the worst place to have your car or truck repaired. They done a horrible job on my truck and the repairs rattle and squeak as I go down the road. The reason insurance companies use them is because they are cheap. and the work they did for me was worst I ever experienced. I had questions about the terrible job they performed on my truck. And the answer was it must of been like that before we repaired it.

We stopped in to have an estimate done on my wifes brand new 4runner as recommended by Heartland Toyota. A dog had jumped up and badly scratched the drivers door. We thought we for sure would require an expensive repainting to the door. Trew exceeded our expectations , not only did they buff the scratches out but didnt even charge us for it. Outstanding local body shop !!!!

Never have a clue about what is going on with your vehicle, When its suppost to be done , add another week to it. Put in wrong bolts and kept leaking tranmission fluid. Had to take it to the dealership, and have it fixed. These guys are horrible,from customer service,to mechanical.
