Flawless paint work! Perfect match! Its a Wow! Recently I got in an accident and needed some work done to my rear end. I cant express enough what an Amazing job Bryan and his team did! Amazing. I cant see where the damage was at all, the paint for a not-so-common 17 year old BMW color is a spot on perfect match!! (which was a main concern of mine). I dont know how they did it, but they did. It looks unbelievably good!!! Im a very, very happy camper. The car sings again. But what I must mention, was the extreme professionalism of Bryan, his customer service skills, attention to detail, and just how informed and in the loop he kept me along the entire rebuild process including pictures. I felt so important and taken care of, simply because I was. There is no question in my mind where I will be taking any of my cars when I need work done again in the future, in a heartbeat. Professionalism at its finest. It was refreshing to experience in my time of headache.

Have to say I have never had what I would call " A complete customer service experience" with any other company! Brian and his staff have taken care of my cars 3 times now and I am always amazed! They take full charge to get thru the insurance issues and keep me informed along the way. My responcibilty is to get my car to him and even that is negotiable. My first time Brian came to my house to take pictures and get info on my insurance. When I showed up with my car he had the rental car ready for me. When I picked up my car he returned the rental car for me. I am thrilled to have an auto body company that understands not only how to make my vehicle new again but deal with all the annoying details that take the stress out of it. This time he made the arrangment to get my car to me after the shop closed because I work late! And it is perfect again!!!

Where do I start!!! My wife got into a fender bender "not her fault", we took the car to Auto Body and more for a quote. After talking with Brian "the Owner" he explained in detail what would be done to the vehicle from start to finish. Brian took us on a tour of the facility to show us some of the current repairs and some of the custom paint jobs that he had done in the past. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. The whole experience was worry free, we had our vehicle in and out within the time frame he quoted and it turned out beautiful! With a professional attitude and the quality of the repair , I would Highly recommend Brian and his team for future Repairs.. Thank you Auto Body and More !!!

I interviewed more than a dozen body shops before selecting Auto Body and More. When they worked on my Volvo, they did MORE than they said they would. Their work was impeccable. Ask to a look at the artistic paint jobs they have done over the years. You will be impressed. Great attention to detail that I doubted I would find at other shops. Bryan really cares for his work and it shows. Good people to deal with. Very helpful in cajoling the insurance company to treat me the best they could. Incidentally, all body shops seem to use the same estimating software, so the prices are all nearly identical. You might as well get the best workmanship you can. See these guys.

Not being from CA but having an accident while there, I was referred to Auto Body and More by another repair shop. Bryan, Jim, and the guys couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They handled the insurance dealings so I didnt have to do a thing... VERY appreciated!!! Throughout the process they in so many ways went above and beyond! Truly GOOD and HONEST people!!! I even received photos of the work as it was in progress and was kept up to date with everything. They also fixed additional issues on the car and helped in other ways with it. My repair, a complex job, was top notch! It looks perfect! These guys are SUPER and so is their work!!!

Stay Away! If you dont have 30days or more to be with out your car. I was told the repairs would take 1-2 days and I would have a loaner car. Super helpful and accomodating until after they received my insurance check. Once that was cashed, they told me they no longer had a loaner car. After waiting almost 90 days for the parts, 1-2 days turned into 4 weeks which I had to personally pay for a loaner car and bus pass to get my kids to day care and my wife and I both work and use that car. They wont compensate for the rental expenses let alone the all the troubles we had to endure for 4 weeks trying to get a family of 4 around town.

I was referred to Auto Body and More and was told they were honest and they really take care of their customers. I didnt need any more convincing than that. Bryan and his team took great care with my car, communicating with me at each step so I knew exactly where they were in the process. They couldnt have been nicer to work with and my car looks brand spankin new. I hope I dont need them again, but its good to know there is a great company with super nice people who will get the job done when you need it. No stress, good prices, great service, nice folks - Auto Body and More is a winner.

I recently picked up the paint job Autobody & More did for my Street Glide. The quality and finish is amazing! It is nice to find a shop that can actually listen to the customer, works with me, makes suggestions, and produce a paint job that exceeds expectations. Turn around time was actually a little faster than projected, price was on par with orriginal estimate. It was nice to get photos email to me of progress during the project. It was great working with everyone there, looking forward to taking my next project up there later this year.

If you are looking for a body shop to get your car done as quick as possible and get it back to you, this is not the shop for you. This is the body shop that will treat your car like it is your own. They will spend the time to make sure your car looks better than it did before you had your accident. I have dealt with this shop twice and I absolutely love this shop.
