A bird hit my car and knocked a panel off my sunroof. Sunroof wouldnt open either. Filed a claim. Vehicle was referred to Abra Auto Body Poulsbo. Abra severely damaged my sunroof while taking it apart. Abra claimed they couldnt close it back up, then reported to USAA that the internal damage is "wear and tear." They left my car out in the rain all day with the sunroof open a half an inch, then made me turn in my rental vehicle and pick it up. Austin at Abra smirkes at me, told me there is nothing he can do to close it, offered to "Saran Wrap" it (yes I said Saran Wrap), and made me drive it home in the rain. So I find pieces of the sunroof in the inside of the car and a seal falls out, also inside the care. I get on google when I get home and in five minutes, I found out that there is a manual way to close the sunroof with an allen wrench!!! Voila! Closed it in 5 minutes... I am going to sue. I also am going to leave USAA who backed this CROOKED Auto body shop. STAY AWAY FROM ABRA AUTO BODY!!! I wish this wasnt a true story!! Take your business elsewhere!!! Again, Stay away from this auto body shop!!!!

Could not be happier!!! ABRA shop in Poulsbo is a customer service oriented shop that provides quality automotive body at a competitive price! Since they are also a pro-shop for GEICO the whole process was easy and hassle-free: we dropped off the car with them and the GEICO adjustor went on his own and approved the work. Everybody at the shop took care of us and our car like no other company has ever done before. All the repairs are warrantied for as long as we own the car and they have several locations, so I am sure that if anything were to happen, ABRA will stand behind their work. Our car was back to us like new. Loved the text updates. We knew exactly what to expect.

Wont go there again, nor recommend to anyone local. I drove my car there they told me they wouldnt be able to get to it for about 10 days. The next day I was told to come and get my stuff out of it as it was totaled. I drove it there after being rear ended. Stay away unless you want to lose your vehicle to non paying insurance companies and non working repair shop. They were preferred by my insurance company, USAA, who I also am through with.

Excellent service! Recently had an accident with my Ford F150 and needed 2K in repairs. Staff at Abra was exceptional and kept me informed via phone calls and text msg as work progressed. Repairs were outstanding and finished on time.
