Could not have asked for a better experience! This shop was selected randomly through an insurance provider for us and I had low expectations. I have never had to take any of my vehicles into a shop so as a mother of 2 I was expecting it all to be a huge pain and hassle. Boy, was I wrong! They took care of my rental pick up and drop off, fixed the damage to my care (and then some, as well as referred me to a no scratch dent removal guy and had a quote already) and they deep cleaned the inside of my suv as well as the outside! I had no idea my car would ever be as clean as the day I bought it again!! Plus, they send you text updates the entire process through. My experience was fantastic, and I will be referring as many people as possible here as well as continuing to bring my vehicles here. Thanks so much to the ENTIRE crew at Fix Auto in Gig Harbor!!!!

Me and my husband were selected this particular auto repair shop by chance through AAA and we couldnt be happier with the results and service. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in, Julia and her staff assured me that they were going to take care of us. We were well informed of the progress of the car the entire time with calls and updates every few days. They even finished the car early! Wonderful staff and exemplary work.

Our family was recently involved in an accident. After making our first claim with American Family we were given a list of collision repair specialist. We settled on East Bay and after our experiance i could not imagine using anyone else. They went above and beyond in all areas even fixing several unrelated problems at cost including a power steering leak for $30 that Mercedes had quoted us $800 on!

I was a little embarrassed about my fender bender, but in the end I feel like I have a new car. Not bad for having 160,000 miles on it! It even smells new! Thanks Matt and the team for doing a great job on my car. And thanks for coordinating with my insurance company.
