one of your franchises in il was worst service ever and very rude clerk. if you are visiting the ofallon il store for this place beware of the rudness of the clerk at the desk we arrived early and asked if we could drop of the vehicle and she said no,then i said do they have time to get me in i explained if not we would just come back , she checks with the person who was in the back and she stated that there going to see you in ten minutes i was suppose to go to lunch now i have to wait till 2 pm to take my lunch. worst service ever.we took our buisness elsewhere. First of they Stole my tools from my trunk they have a sine saying we are nkt reaponsible biut I had just forget to take them from the car. Next they did not fixt the car all the way it was a 1/2 ass job and they tell me they looked for the tools but could,not find them. I think one of there employees must have took them,from my car that was in the shop for 4 weeks! It was only a 2 week order but kept getting delay after delay I would not recomend this abra I have hade good experience at the tacoma abra but not this one beware

Horrible! My vehicle was returned with grease stains on the interior along with shoe prints and dirt on the back door and carpet. There are electrical issues with my vehicle that I didnt have prior to taking it here.....and they didnt even replace and repair everything that needed to be. Makes me question the work they actually did do.....I would think twice about taking your vehicle here for any kind of service!
