dont go here. i thought that it would be ok to take my car here after reading the reviews. but i have taken my car in 3 times in 4 weeks to get a water leak fixed. and i am taking it in for a 4th time because during the previous repairs they managed to break the buttons off of my stereo and didnt even tell me until i found it myself. they also scratched my windows and some of the plastic trim on the inside. my car is a 2009 so there is no excuse for them being so careless in their repairs. it has taken over a month now since the first time i took it to them and what should have been some caulking around the trunk seal has turned into a brand new stereo, 3 times of caulking around the trunk seal, and several scratches that they take no ownership for. the manager "bruce" seems like a nice enough guy but their incompetence is beyond frustrating, and he acted like he had no idea that they had damaged so much of my stuff during the repairs until i showed it to him. and luckily i checked before i left the parking lot or i would be stuck with it. i would find somewhere else to go if you value your car.

If there was a minus star I would check it. My car went in on 05/19/2016 following an accident. At check-in I was told I would receive weekly updates, this did not happen I had to call. On 06/30/2016 I received a call from Jerry at 5:10pm stating the insurance would not cut the last check for $246.00 of a $7500.00 repair job and would not release the car and nothing could be done with the insurance until 07/05/2016. I could pay this and the deductible and deal directly with the insurance company. On 07/01/2016, needing my vehicle, I decided to pay the extra and went to pick it up. I paid the extra and was going to leave and noticed a ding that was new and not on the vehicle before to add insult to injury. So now I have to go back to have that fixed taking up more time. So now I have my car and the insurance called (Safeco) stating Kay Parks should have not held the vehicle for this small amount and that the check will be cut and sent to me.

Just picked up our truck that was in a front end accident. It looks wonderful, except now the truck is a polished piece of crap for a paper weight because they fried the computer by jump starting my truck because they left the truck ignition on the on position for more than 16 hours. That is straight from the dealer repair department. After the truck was in to be worked on at Kay Parks we had to take it directly to the dealer due to issues. Kay Parks is unwilling to help with our situation. Bruce lacks customer service skills and is a complete jackass. He refused any information while the truck was in for repair such as time line and what my insurance would cover. I wish this could have been a better experience but I will not return or refer anyone to see them.

I had a great experience working with them! They worked directly with State Farm Ins. to figure out my rather unusual claim. Bruce was there every time I called, every time I stopped by, always helpful with a smile. Everyone in the office is very polite and professional. Installed a new aftermarket bumper on my Del Sol and it looks perfect, and did a couple extra little requests for a very low price. I will definitely go to them for all future insurance claims.

Kay Parks/Dan Meyer did an amazing job with my car! They have great customer service, dealt really well with the insurance company, and helped me feel reassured about the process of getting my car fixed. They returned my car in tip-top shape and even vacuumed the inside! They made me feel so great about this whole awful situation. I would highly recommend them!!

Ive taken my cars to Kay Parks/Dan Meyer for years. They always come out looking better than theyve ever looked before! Their paint jobs are better than factory! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
